Amazing location and light bright accommodation

Didn't see any staff the whole time. Had to communicate by text (difficult on a UK phone). Waited over a day for extra bedding. Towels left in reception but not replenished frequently. Had to dry using face cloths on last day! Amazing location and accommodation. Spacious & bright. I would recommend as long as you don't expect any contact with hotel staff. I wanted to ask about trips etc but noone there the whole time (3 nights).

The stay was perfect! The accommodation is equipped to a high standard and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The self-sufficiency in the accommodation worked perfectly. The accommodation is in a quiet area. An absolute recommendation!

The views are amazing, location almost perfect, room was superb! One of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

Beautiful setting by the beach, modern structure, fully furnished room (including kitchen stuff). Staff was nice and available for questions/tips. good location to easily get to Governors Harbour (10/15min drive)

Wiif very slow. AC very noisy. Blinds don’t fully make the room dark at night

NOT set up for family of four - zero privacy, no dining table, sofa in bedroom considered a “bed” was missing a foot, other bed was in the closet with a sliding partition. awkward set up.

- no more service after check-in (toilet paper, cleaning) in the hotel rooms

The location is breathtaking . We had an Incredible Anniversary! Samia is Amazing and makes sure you have everything you want! Alissa the owner is Awesome! This is our 2 rd time and we love it more each time !!! That is saying a lot because my wife is very particular.

The place was perfect I can’t think of anywhere so picture perfect. I was a little worried about no pool, but the sea was so easy to access that I would have not used the pool. really enjoyed my stay. The staff could not have done more to make our stay more comfortable and we’re extremely helpful, while we were waiting for a rental car to arrive Samia drove us to a supermarket to get a few supplies she was wonderful. Would definitely come back

Our stay in Mika's Resort was really nice. The whole staff is extremely friendly especially Ronaldo who helped us out with every question we had and gave us many tips where to go. The location is outside of any cities or villages but if you have a rental car I think it's a great location to explore the island. It's a ~1h drive to the north and a ~1h drive to the sout of the island. During the night there is so little light pollution that you can see the milky way and so many stars it's incredible. Small tip to the hotel location: Instead of having the light for the property on during the whole night make it an option to turn it off. This will make stargazing even more incredible. We didn't have any problems with sandflies in the room and it was very clean and the atmosphere was incredible with the big windows. Would defeinitely recommend for people that want a nice getaway and want to explore the island. If you just wanna lay at a pool this property is probably not for you.

Mikas Resort is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed, it sits directly on a private beach and the pictures match the real life views. In addition the staff was very friendly and went over and beyond to accommodate us with whatever we needed. I highly recommend Mikas Resort.

There is very little to not like about Mikas Resort. The only downfall to the island itself is most restaurants near by are expensive due to the fact most of the food is imported. A typical lunch might be $20-$25 USD and cocktails around $14-$15 USD as of Jan 2022.

The seclusion, the proximity to the sea and being able to hear the waves. Being able to get peaceful sunrises on the beach. The responsiveness and support from the Staff, Samia and Reynaldo was excellent. Very prompt to reply and very helpful.

The common kitchen could have been better equipped (as it is essential to any stay) with more variety of cooking equipment for those that use the kitchen to cook ( provision of a blender for example would have been very helpful). We would have wished for regular cleaning including refresh of bed sheets. The Towels seemed to have a strange smell.

Love this place! We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at Mika's Resort. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. It is a great propriety with breathtaking views on Atlantic ocean and direct access to the beach. Modern, clean and spacious casitas with all you need for a stay, from beach towels to books. You can find two supermarkets and plenty restaurants close by (only a 7-11 min drive). I strongly recommend this place, it is fabulous ! What a wonderful setting where you can relax and enjoy natural beauty to the fullest.

We like being at the beach. The staff was so helpful. We love the place. Air conditioning worked great. Everything was above our expectations.

Honestly there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Mika's Resort is great, it really was like having your own private beach. The only other person we saw on the beach was a fisherman catching lobster which we promptly bought for dinner and made in the great kitchen in the main building. Truly a great property!
