We had very good time in Ocean City (Capri) building. Location is excellent, right on the beach. Shopping center and good restaurants closed by (5 min drive). Property is well maintained, kitchen fully stocked up. Easy check in / check out.Had one minor problem, that was resolved within one hour.

It does not look like the condominium was cleaned but rather a wipe-down. We found boys underwear and candy wrappers underneath one of the beds. There was mouse droppings in the front closet. There was sand in the sectional couch. We were expecting a place to be clean and smell fresh but that was not the case. The pictures advertised are very deceiving.

Rental was a decent size for our group, location was good, balcony was a bit of a bummer as it was super narrow and not easy for more than one person to face the ocean. The condo itself seemed freshly flipped but not quite done, doors to bedrooms and bathrooms barely could be shut, random wall screws, etc and the cleanliness was ehh ok... nothing terrible just the whole place seemed gritty. The assigned parking place was taken so security told us to park wherever and the building code from rental agency was incorrect. Security told us what the correct code was to use to get in.

Nice location. Helpful staff. Weather did not cooperate for sunning on the beach(wind direction made it really chilly). There was maintenance happening to complex days we were there, they had to shut off water one day and did not notify about until late afternoon the day before, really was not inconvenienced as we planned other things

We really enjoyed our stay. The views from the dining area windows were amazing. Sunrises on the left and sunsets on the right. The beach was clean. The grocery store and restaurants were close.

This location is perfect - right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping, but away from the more crowded areas. The unit was clean and spacious with great views and sunlight. It could benefit from some TLC (updated bathrooms, fresh coat of paint in the bedrooms and bathrooms, some upgraded bedding and kitchen accessories), but overall it was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a long weekend getaway!

All in all was a nice experience but the rooms could have been cleaner as far as dust and dirt on walls. Bathroom in master bathroom needs updated and coffee maker could be updated as well. Blinds were also very dirty and falling from ceiling. David from the renting agency was very friendly and helpful and the location and room size was good and the beds were comfortable.

My family and I stayed for a week in early August . We loved all of the amenities the building itself offered, and being able to walk right out onto the beach was great.
The unit we stayed in was not cleaned by a professional cleaning co by any means, and it showed. It was dirty. We took pics of the window ledges, garbage under the couch, the floor itself, the top of the fridge, under the microwave, the shower doors . I spent the first day cleaning ,bleaching , vacuuming & dusting. The unit could be amazing if it was kept cleaner. We were made aware that it had just sold so hopefully the new owners will invest in an actual cleaning company. We didn’t let the cleanliness or lack thereof ruin our vacation . The view from the unit was just gorgeous looking out onto the ocean. Loved the pool, the outside deck, kids liked the game room, and the direct access onto the beach was great. We would absolutely go back, but maybe to a different unit.

Our family of 5 stayed during the off-season. It was very cold and windy, but this condo was so relaxing for us to spend quality family time inside. It was super clean, spacious, beautiful views...we used the heated indoor pool daily since going outside was limited due to the weather. We highly recommend and would love to stay here again ourselves!
