muebles elegantes al aire libre con isla de barbacoa al lado de la piscina, terraza privada, aire acondicionado, calefacción, ventilador, mucha diversión ,,,,

Este lugar tiene un dormitorio privado. Ducha y baño, también tiene una puerta a la sala de estar,
y la cocina, la puerta corrediza al patio y puedes cenar o desayunar al lado de la isla y la piscina, tiene una vista particular de la selva, la montaña y la ciudad,

Consta de sala de estar, 1 dormitorio, 1 baño, cocina, vestidor. Ubicado en un vecindario seguro y tranquilo y muy cerca de los centros comerciales exclusivos de la autopista 101 y 405 (Westfield Topanga / Village, Commons at Calabasa), muchos supermercados, restaurantes, bares, bancos, farmacias, parques, rutas de senderismo, senderos para bicicletas, lugares para practicar surf, viendo lugares de interés. 15-20 minutos a la playa de Malibu, 30 minutos a hollywood, ciudad de estudio, ciudad universal, beverly hills, centro de LA, puerto aéreo de LAX

Enjoyed my stay

Its non-refundable couldn't get in the jacuzzi couldn't have friends over the decor outdated if you need a response from the owner make sure you got a lot of time on your hands cuz it'll take 2 days for them to get back to you verbo is no better trash app but it had a nice view I got raped on the whole experience but whatever if you like feeling raped and nobody giving you straight answers this is the place for you God bless ✌️

If you do want to stay at a hotel because you want a kitchen, this is a great choice. But if you are coming for the amenities, don't. The hot tub is empty and does not work. The pool was a decent temperature but had algae or dirt lining it, it did not look very clean. Also, it is not a private pool as listed. There is a gentleman living in the house you are renting so you can not have a dinner party or go skinny dipping with your loved one and feel truly comfortable. We planned to have a small dinner party with a few friends followed by a private romantic evening. The owner waited till we finished setting up the dinner and then demanded we give him almost $300 in cash or leave. We paid him as we had already set up our dinner. He complained we only registered 2 guests, which I had, since only my fiance and I were sleeping there or using the "house" (it is actually a small apartment attached to a house). We ended up just sitting with friends at a table outside all evening instead of having a romantic birthday night as the pool was not private and the hot tub was empty. The photos show things like a washer/dryer, hot tub, etc, but none of these things are actually available to you. I would suggest just finding a hotel somewhere nearby. I got flights, hotel, and activities for an entire weekend in San Francisco this past weekend for less than one night at this "house".
