The room was so spacious, and the bed are so comfortable to lay on.The reception lady is so nice as well.

- airconditioning needs improvement. it is not that cold - drinking water supply needs to be improved. not sure about the case but I think it would help if they will have a container and dispenser where tenants could freely get water on their own. but nevertheless, they were responsive to our requests.

Been to many resorts this Holliday, this was the fist clean room and bathroom we got.

Nothing.

Room was okay, nothing fancy but the toilet is broken, was charge extra for a hair dryer that was never requested. The beach front of the hotel was full of allergens, could not swim in the entire stay which was 2 days. Food in the entire beach area were terrible, always cold and no taste at all. Maybe it’s just on that area of Bohol, unfortunately I could not recommend it!

Room was clean

First, we were not properly informed that we will not have any sea view from our room which was what we booked for. We did complain but as per staff that's the room they only have. I mean why put sea view discription if they dont have that? Very misleading. Staff were not very pleasant. They do not allow us to eat any outside food in their tables outside even if we order food from the restaurant along with it. They also declined at first when we asked if we can use their microwave to heat our left over food, even tried to lied about it. Lastly, one staff just went inside our unit with us inside without even knocking our door. Was shocked to see us and just shut the door immediately without apologizing or saying anything.

Location

Room is old and need necessary an update. We didn't take a breakfast in the restaurant because we didn't like the cleanless of the kitchen. We didn't trust it.

Very good location directly at he beach

Of course it's front of the sea.

We check in for 9pm. The 1st night of my stay for 3 nights. The aircon didn't work well and the tv and the refrigerator. I didn't sleep well and my father did too. Fortunately, they let us transfer to another room in the morning..

The location its really very near the beach like as soon as you go out of the resort and beside it is the Hennann resort Staff was very helpful. Very Responsive online/web staff The rooms are clean When we arrived the one of the room given to us was not seaview but they were able to resolve that immediately the next morning. Able to reserve without downpayment and pay when you arrive( this is a very good specially if there are any delays on flights, and unforeseen events

There is no easy access for pick up and drop off. You have to walk 10-15 mins on the sand with no pavement.(hard if you have luggages) The oceanview rooms doesnt really have an ocean view, you will need to go thru the dining place and see the view. The hanging rack outside was rusted already.

it is at beach front so the location is perfect. Room is very big. They have a bidets, great! Credits to the helpful staff who carried our luggages to the hotel. The food is also nice.

The water closet is too high as it is sitting on a pedestal. So for a 5’0” like me, my legs are hanging and swaying from the floor. They don’t have slippers inside. You have to buy from them at 120 pesos. No kettles also. You will need to request from the reception for a warm water.
