Apartamento recién reformado, grande (110 mts) y completamente equipado en una zona muy céntrica de Madrid, ideal para familias numerosas. 3 dormitorios y 2 baños grandes. Recientemente renovado para el disfrute de su viaje en confort. Excelente ubicación en la Plaza Tirso de Molina, entre los barrios de La Latina y Lavapiés. A pocos pasos de la Puerta del Sol, la Gran Vía y otros famosos lugares de interés turístico de Madrid. Frente a la propiedad se encuentra la estación de metro línea 1.
El apartamento está ubicado en la Plaza Tirso de Molina. Ha sido recientemente renovado y restaurado. La decoración es limpia, moderna, fresca y relajante. La cocina abierta está totalmente equipada con lavadora-secadora, lavavajillas, refrigerador, placa de vitrocerámica , horno y microondas. La sala de estar y el comedor son amplios y luminosos, con suficiente espacio para sentarse todos, perfecto para familias numerosas. El apartamento tiene 3 habitaciones dobles y 2 baños modernos completos con ducha de lluvia, uno de los baños esta dentro de la habitación principal. Las puertas y ventanas del balcón son nuevas, incluyen persianas metálicas eléctricas para ayudar con el ruido y la luz, unidades de aire acondicionado y calefacción en cada espacio.
Cualquiera de los miembros de mi equipo lo recibirá en el apartamento para darle las llaves y toda la información del apartamento y del área. Le pedimos amablemente que nos envíe toda la información antes de su llegada para que podamos organizar todo, y los numero de DNI o pasaporte de todos los invitados ( es requerido por el ayuntamiento de Madrid). Siempre estaremos en contacto durante su estancia en caso de que necesite algo, o si tienen alguna problema.
Favor cuidar las reglas de la casa y respetar el sueño de los vecinos. Cualquier tipo de fiestas estan prohibida.

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms which is hard to find so it was very nice to have that amount of room.
The apartment looks out over a very busy square and is 10 feet from a very busy road. The apartment is on the second floor. So as others have pointed out, it is noisy and there’s no way to get around that. One of the three bedrooms is facing that square and it was very noisy, but all the bedrooms had noise throughout the night from the nightlife which tends to go into the early hours of the morning.
The location is central to a lot of the sites you’re going to want to see, but there are plenty of areas of the city that are quieter and close to all the important sites. Madrid has an excellent Metro and bus system so public Transportation is very convenient throughout the city.
The host was very communicative and we got great instructions on getting there. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, but they also provided someone to come in and do cleaning, wash the sheets and towels once during our two week visit. That was quite nice.
Just be aware that not much is provided. You need to bring your own shampoo, coffee and laundry detergent as well as dishwashing pods. There are plenty of stores within walking distance.
Overall a nice apartment although I don’t think we would rent it again.

The place was great. It’s on the second floor overlooking a street that is active all night. Very active. There are noise canceling shutters and we only used the two back bedrooms but still very difficult to sleep. Used noise canceling headphones and white noise which helped some.

Great apartment for our family of five! The place was right in the heart of the city, with an easy walk to Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and the different tour meet-up points.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hans' apartment! Great location, beautiful apartment, plenty of room for a family of six. Hans and his family were so responsive and helpful with the apartment and suggestions of neighborhood spots to visit. We miss it already! Can't recommend enough!

Upon arrival, Valentina helped to get us situated and familiar with the apartment and the surrounding areas. She was very thorough in her instructions and very helpful throughout the stay in checking in with us to see if there is anything we needed.
The good news is the unit is very centrally located which provides easy access to almost all the downtown area. The not so good news is that it is a busy area, all night long. It was not that bothersome, unless your a very light sleeper, in which case I would recommend some ear plugs. The unit does have exterior metal shades that can be closed at night which provides for a very dark and somewhat quieter evening.
We really enjoyed the unit, the amenities and all that Madrid had to offer. Thank you Hans and Valentina for helping us have a wonder stay.

The property is well located for walking or public transportation to all the major sites and historic areas of Madrid. Being on the first floor and on a busy square, there were times when it was noisy. Most important, there were homeless persons and vagrant individuales frequently in the square and sleeping there. However, it did not seem overtly threatening and the police patrolled frequently. The apartment needs more thorough cleaning and above all newer furniture. Some great pros are the supermarket a few yards away, the metro station right there, a nice ice cream shop and a good pastry shop, and a general lively outdoor area with cafes and eateries enjoyed by locals.

We really enjoyed this spacious and great (centrally ) located apartment. Valentina was so nice and informative and location is easy short walking to all areas. Evening and sleeping time are very loud. I would highly recommend this apartment but bring headphones or ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

The condo was even better than the pictures and details. Very clean and roomy. Right across the street from a metro line with a grocery, restaurants, and bakeries within a block. Hans and his daughter Valeria were very helpful and informative. Will definately stay again if travelling to Madrid.

The location of this property is perfect to see Madrid. Walking distance to Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel and many other things. Safe, clean and spacious.

Perfect location to explore the city, or just soak up Madrid and people watch. Hans and Valeria were very helpful. On a busy plaza and corner, so it can be loud at night. This was to be expected in a cosmopolitan city. Would recommend to any family with adult children.

Good Place
Nice place, air conditioning worked well which is important in Madrid in the summer. Conveniently located to Metro stop and all the attractions. The area is loud at night but I think that is true everywhere in Madrid.

Loved being able to open the windows that face the piazza. Option of two different coffee shops right below us. Very convenient to have food options in the piazza, although we usually went into central Madrid. There is a market at the other end of the block that can provide you with anything you might need, including fresh fruit and vegetables . Having the metro right across the street was incredibly convenient, but did make for noisy evenings when people were exiting from their nighttime festivities. Earplugs A must if you are a light sleeper like me. My grown children had no problems . Will definitely stay here again.

Kurze Wege
Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß genug für 6 Personen. Dabei gibt es zwei Bäder, zwei kleine Schlafzimmer und ein sehr großes, jeweils mit zwei Betten bzw Doppelbett. Sie liegt sehr zentral an einem kleinen Platz mit superkurzen Wegen zum Einkaufen. Die großen Museen und die Altstadt mit dem Königspalast sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Metrostation unmittelbar vor der Haustür.
Allerdings geht es rund um den Platz recht laut zu.

Great location
As other reviewers have mentioned, bring ear plugs for weekend evenings. Great location to all Madrid old city sites. Metro station just steps away and convenient to both train stations to reach Segovia and Toledo. Movie theater around the corner in addition to grocery and many bakeries.

Spacious and clean accommodations
Property was as described. Very open and bright spaces. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Check in was easy and it was good to have an intro to the apartment and how things worked. Also provided with a binder that explained things, which was helpful. Very convenient location! Close to groceries, restaurants, shopping and the subway. The owner and his daughter were very responsive to questions as well. If we end up back in Madrid, we will definitely stay again.

La casa è confortevole, spaziosa, arredata modernamente e dotata di tutte le attrezzature necessarie. Inoltre è collocata davvero in posizione centralissima, per cui noi siamo stati molto bene.

Awesome location, would definitely recommend!
The apartment is right in the center of a plaza, which was awesome! There’s a grocery store down the street if you want to cook in the well equipped kitchen or there are tons of restaurants in the area and nearby to eat at as well. We loved the location but also the apartment! It was spacious and clean, we had plenty of room for our family without feeling like we were on top of each other. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Madrid!

Party of 7 celebrating a 25th anniversary
We enjoyed being very close to all the activities in the city. The metro being located right outside was also very convenient. We were a party of 7 people and had enough space. We would rent the apartment again when we decide to return to visit Madrid and our friends in the future.

il est situé en plein centre de Madrid sur une place animée et avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Un Lidl ouvert jusqu'à 23 h et carrefour Market 24h/24. Il y a une boulangerie juste en bas de l'immeuble, des restaurants, pizzerias.
L'appartement est très propre. Il ne manque rien. Serviettes, shampoing, gel douche sont à disposition. La cuisine est très fonctionnellle.
Lorenzo nous a accueilli, c'est une personne très sympathique, très drôle et qui explique bien les choses. L'appartement étant situé en plein centre, il y a pas mal de bruit mais c'est vraiment le seul petit bémol.

Great Central Apartment - clean and comfortable
We were a group of 6 with 4 adults and 2 teens what stayed in the apartment for several days in August. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with lots of space for everyone.
It was well equipped with soap/ shampoo and towels with the convenience of a washer/ dryer.
It’s right across from the metro station and a central plaza, and accessible to many restaurants and shops. Our only issue was the noise from the plaza during the night - there were people who were up all night (until 7am) talking loud/shouting that kept us awake.
The check in process with Lorenzo was easy and he was very helpful in explaining all of the amenities.
Would recommend for a large group.

Everything you could want for a fantastic stay in Madrid
Fantastic experience staying here at the start of a 2 week vacation in Spain - travelling with my brother, 18 y.o. niece and 12 y.o. nephew. Could not have asked for a better rental apartment.
The apartment itself is crisp and clean, but super comfortable. Each bedroom has a comfortable mattress and nice sheets. There is a modern AC unit in each bedroom, as well as the main room, to keep everyone cool. There are 2 bathrooms with great showers - water pressure, temp all perfect. The master bedroom is quite large and in the back. The master and the middle bedroom were super quiet. The front bedroom does get some street noise, but is mostly muffled by the auto shades.
The living dining room is comfortable with a comfy couch and table for 8. Had plenty of room to play cards or watch a women's world cup match. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics, plus helpful items like olive oil, salt, pepper etc.
Location is fantastic - the Tirso de Molina metro station is maybe 20 yards from the front door. There is a bakery right next door, and 2 grocery stores - a Lidl and a 24h Carrefour a few doors down to the right. The most amazing ice cream shop is 100 ft up around the corner. Plaza Mayor and Sol are less than a 10 min walk away.
Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. Check-in was great with Lorenzo - we were able to check in early as the previous guests had left early. Lorenzo went over everything in the apartment and answered all of our questions.
We loved this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.
