Everything was great and as described in listing and pictures. No issues with property or check in. My only suggestion is to upgrade the twin beds to actual mattresses. They were a bit uncomfortable

We came to Myrtle Beach for a family vacation the condo was very clean and in prime location it's only 6 minutes away from Broadway on the beach. The Host was a pleasure to work with and if you are able to meet the cleaning lady tell her Tee and Patty said hello. If you can reserve this property do so it's well worth it.

Overall very nice place It was peaceful and quiet. My only problem it was too far away from the Beach. If you’re looking for a place that is away from all the hustle in the bustle of the beach. This place is for you very clean very neat place as well cat it would definitely be a place for me and the guys we want to do a golfing trip overall very nice place.

Great property, great location! The property was beautifully maintained and the grounds had plenty of space for biking and walking too. The pools were awesome! This place is minutes from literally everything... golf, Broadway at the Beach, restaurants, dinner shows, Costco, Walmart, etc. 10-15 minutes from the Boardwalk & city center. It was an 8-minute drive straight across 48th Street to hit the beach. The owner was awesome to communicate with and very, very helpful. We would stay here again and again and again!

It rained the entire time we were there. So the unit being as spacious as it was gave us the needed room to be comfortable. It was clean and well stocked. Very close to Broadway at the Beach, many restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was outstanding and well kept up. I love staying here. I will always reserve a condo here. Also the host was awesome.

Everything was just like the pictures! Very clean and comfortable which makes for an easy stay! We look forward to staying here again!

Owner was excellent to deal with and was very accommodating with changes that were needed due to recent hurricane. Unit was also excellent and perfect for our family

This property was even cleaner and nicer than the photos show. The location was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. I had everything I needed to cook and there was plenty of room for all of us. I will definitely stay again.

I was a bride that had 2 different houses for my bridal party and both houses had mold in them also it was poorly cleaned both the sheets were nasty and floors were not clean and had old bathing suits in the bathroom

Couldn't be happier with our condo! We were in town from Friday-Monday for my son's baseball tournaments. Very clean, everything was as it was explained. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. As soon as you climb in you melt like butter!! Will for sure reach out if we ever come back :)

We loved the space, furnishings, light airy beach/golf decor. Communication was great. We could have spent the whole week on the balcony with the fountain and a cup of coffee. So so so much to do in the area. Had a great time with family. Would definitely stay here again. :)

The condo was in a great location because it was just a short drive to the beach and Broadway at the Beach. It was also quick access to the major thoroughfares of Myrtle Beach. The unit was clean and properly furnished. The kitchen was stocked with very usable cookware. There was plenty of closet and storage space for all of our things. The washer and dryer were a great size so we could do laundry while we were there. There were 2 of 7 pools just a short walk from the unit and were not crowded when we went. The key was stored in a lockbox located outside of the unit. The only suggestion we would have would be to have a keyless entry, as it would make it easy access for multiple guests like our teenagers. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

As soon as we walked in the door we felt at home!! The place was clean and sanitized because we could smell Clorox but it dissapated very quickly. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and I was able to cook some meals for my family and had everything that I needed to do so. I absolutely loved having a washer and dryer because we were able to come home with clean clothes and I did not have to wash any once we got home. My husband even voiced that he loved everything about the place. We had a very nice view from the balcony looking over the lake too. The owner was very responsive everytime I sent a message and gave great information. We did not meet him face to face but through messaging he made my family and I feel very welcomed. I could go on and on but in the end we were home away from home. We plan to book again in the future.

Where to start….great location easy access to EVERYTHING!!! Communication with owner was always on point. Didn’t get chance to meet him, but conversations was always pleasant. Met his sister and she was amazing and pleasant!! Condo very clean, a lot of space for a family, and a great view!!! When we return we will be booking again!!!!

The condo was one of the most cleanest that I've stayed in outside of regular hotels. I was impressed from the moment we arrived, throughout the entire stay. It was large, clean, great view of the property. It was quiet and we even met a nice neighbor. I was impressed and I still am. In fact, everytime we come to Myrtle Beach, I plan to see if Herbert's condo is available. Herbert was great to communicate with....I just couldn't ask for a better situation. The condos, while not on the beach, were so close, that the drive was like less than 10-15 minutes away....if that. Our stay was well worth the money we spent.

I could not be happier with the appearance and cleanliness. Honestly i am very particular in any vacation rental and i do my research. This condo met our every need. All you need for family dinner is in the user friendly kitchen. The bedrooms are large comfortable and plenty of privacy as they are spread out over 1500sq ft. You will not be disappointed in this rental. All communication with the the OWNER not a rental agency is fast and smooth.

My family stayed here for an extended weekend... Condo was very clean and the owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. He was overly accommodating in comparison to other places we have stayed. Highly recommend and very comfortable!!! Will book again!
