1 first condominium I stayed at the pool wasn’t included in the price, I wasn’t notified about this before I paid for it, the owner moved me to a different location, but the pool was being worked on for 5 days while I was there, why would anyone book a hotel or a condominium, without the pool included in the rental? there’s no excuse! I will never stay at this place again! the management also charged me $200 pesos at the second condominium for extra guest at the pool, the place is old and not maintained!

Got an upgrade to a bigger unit. Unit was clean and owner communication was really good. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Courteous staff

It is at the heart of the city. It is situated near to malls.

There were tiny ants under the table when we first arrived. There was initially only 1 dining chair but the host provided us the day after. We have to pay for using the pool even for checked in guests. Its nice to have a welcome pack for guests who dont know the area.

The place was clean. No bugs

There was no towel when i arrived. I had to go buy a towel. The aircon was not working properly and too loud. At times it would automatically cut off. It disturbed my sleep. I knew i had to pay extra for wifi but i also could not use the cable TV.
