*No hot water from the bathroom sink tap to wash face; *Mini body wash, soap & conditioner provided but no shampoo *No air conditioning provided as advertised (but did not need it for that night); *Window coverings do not filter sunlight or heat in the main bedroom; *Bed was a small double bed (good for a small size couple) *When the tap was turned on in the kitchen sink, it made a loud vibrating noise which was annoying; Small light above the mirror did not work.

We were so pleased to have been contacted for an upgrade as we were on the waters edge and it was very peaceful

Had a little difficulty with the screen door latch and the fly screen itself was damaged

Location was terrific. Our cabin was waterfront .A great view across the lake

Activities for the kids weren’t open but they had a wonderful time in the water… Rooms need a little tlc but nothing I wouldn’t put the park down about.

Location, cute cabin, room for kids & boat.

First night, the entire toilet was loose at floor level & leaking. We were offered another similar cabin the next day to relocate to, however given the unsanitary situation of the toilet, I feel we should have been upgraded. The office hours were from 9am & we had to wait as we felt it wasn’t an after hours emergency but still an urgent matter. The next morning the electricity went out in the new cabin from 7am. We had no lights, heating and unable to have a hot shower. When I went to the office at 9am again, was told it was an isolated electrical trip and could reset it with the box internally in a cupboard in the cabin. Was also told I could have used the communal shower block. Although the staff weren’t unpleasant or rude, I was still disappointed with the customer service. First of all, I paid money for a comfortable cabin with private facilities. If I wanted to use the communal shower block, I would of paid for a cheaper camp sight. Secondly, I’m not an electrician & how would I have known to look for an “internal” power box in a cupboard in the cabin. I checked the outside box and couldn’t do anything about it. The staff said they’ll go and fix it when I reported it but by then we had packed up as check out was in an hour and decided to leave.
