Nothing ! Was a terrible experience

Old unit everything is broken ,very expensive parking and is super far about 15 minutes walk to property,owner was not responding so we couldn't check in waiting in hot sun at security gate for close to 2 hours ..toilet bide dosent work they didnt have toilet paper,soap,towels ..smelly bed sheets and pillow s,dirty stained bedding and wall paint falling off..

Cleanliness

Don't deceived client. It was stated in the adds T3 as deceiving code for Tower 3 facing taal lake view but it is not really true.

the location was exceptional It’s accessible to all tourist spot in the City.

The 2 units we used (608 and 741) was uncomfortable 😣 the staff of room 741 told us that the room is good for 4 but when we arrived, theroom is studio type with 1 queen bed size only without sofa bed. We requested at the caretaker for additional bed and they gave us a thin double size foam until the owner insisted to get the extra foam without any explanation and change the extra foam to smaller foam. the Aircon, Wifi and TV at room 741 is not also working.. room 608 is a bit spacious and comfortable but on our second day we experience unexceptional conversation with the caretaker, they wanted us to move out to the room and move in to other floor unit just because the owners decision.. they want us to give back the room key at that certain time while were outside having our day tour

The overall impression is negative. There is no Wi-Fi (staff said they will bring a simcard the ff day but no one came). The unit appears to have been poorly cleaned, as there was some trash remaining. I understand that no one helped us, but we were the ones who opened the water valve, which was difficult because it was rusted. Also, the unit and tower number were not prolways read previous reviews.

The location was fine, and was the reason I chose the location. Sheets were clean.

OH MY.... This can go on.... Let's start with the cost..... I will use approximate values in PHP. The listed price was 1200, but after tax it would be +1000, but when you go to pay it was 3000. Supposedly there was a cleaning fee. You would never know where that 800 cleaning fee went as I thought mushrooms were going to start growing from the shower head and the cracks in the shower walls. Then let's talk about all the other "extra" charges... Don't worry, no charge for the skylounge... it isn't open... There is a charge for parking about 500 meters from the unit which was fun since it was raining (The parking lot at the unit... virtually empty). It also cost 200. Oh and it is near the facilities, which we didn't use because it is 150 per person to go. For 5, that is 750.... Oh and I made a mistake when booking.. I forgot to include the nanny/cousin we brought on the trip... so they charged us 500 more.... So what did I end up paying for the advertised 1200? 3700....

I never liked it at all. I will give bad feedback on this on social media
