My daughter, her friend and myself stayed at the condo and the view of the river was great. We would travel into the town to check out the talent and enjoy this wonderful city. The parking is covered, which turned out to be great since we got a few inches of snow while we were there. The condo is in great shape and the owners communicated with us throughout our trip. We would stay here again if we return to Nashville. They are wonderful host. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Host was great. Unit was clean and as promised.
We did return home down 3rd avenue, rather than walking by the homeless people on the river or the detention center. Uber was available, but we were not out past midnight, so were comfortable walking home.
Should note this unit is in an industrial area. So was "Urban" noisy in the Morning. Also construction nearby so heavy equipment back up alarms starting around 7 AM. We are used to that, but if that is a concern, keep that in mind.

Great location that’s close to everything. Condo was clean and everything was exactly as listed. Communication with owner and check in process was superb. Beautiful modern decor with all the furnishings needed. Nashville is a growing city with lots of construction and road closures. Condo is easy to find once you navigate the road closures. Had an amazing getaway for our 5 year anniversary and wife’s birthday. Will definitely book again if available

3 night stay was fantastic! Cant think of a negative at all. Close to Broadway and only About a $6 Uber ride, depending on when you go. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks very much.

Great location, close enough to walk, not too much to Uber and away from the crowds to not be so loud. The covered parking was the best and the place was comfortable and very clean. We also appreciated the laundry mat and use of App to use and monitor loads.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice home away from home!!!

This condo was perfect for us. 2 adults and one 12 year old. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The couches and bed were all very comfortable. The host left us each a water, a surprise candy and made sure there was coffee for our use. I would highly recommend this place and will stay there again for sure. It was about a mile to most of the things we checked distance from on Broadway and we walked 0.4 mile to a restaurant in Germantown. Basically you can walk or scooter everywhere downtown. The only downfall was no elevator but the steps were good for us after all that Nashville food!

My husband & I stayed here for a week and it had everything we needed. The condo was exactly as stated. The view on the Cumberland River was beautiful. We'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this lovely condo for our 20th anniversary. The condo is beautiful exactly as listed. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions. The condo was right on the river and the balcony was a great spot to either have morning coffee or a drink in the evening after returning from a busy day in the city.
We would definitely recommend this condo to others and would love to come back someday

This condo was a great little one bedroom, perfect for a couple or someone traveling alone. With ride shares and Nashville's multitude of point-to-point electric scooter rentals, getting downtown (and beyond) from the condo was a breeze.
The view of the river from the balcony was great, especially at sunset. It was a great place to enjoy a drink in the cool autumn air.
I would rent this property again without hesitation if I ever should return to Nashville.

We stayed here to visit Nashville and go to the UT/UVA game at Nissan Stadium. It is in a great location! A very quiet neighborhood where you are just far enough out of downtown. It is an easy walk- we always felt safe walking. We also used the bird scooters to get to Broadway and they ranged about $6 a ride. The condo was very clean which is always a plus! And very nicely decorated. A great view off of the balcony and the parking was great too. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again when we visit.

Wife and I really enjoyed this place. Perfect for 2…close enough to Broadway to walk but far enough to have some distance from the crowds. Also enjoyed watching the barges throughout the day and night. Can’t go wrong with this one!

We stayed here for almost a week and have zero complaints. The property was exactly as described. Very well decorated/furnished and had all of the amenities you might need. It’s in a quiet complex while still being centrally located to explore any direction of Nashville. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, which was much needed after our full day of driving coming into town. It was kinda neat to be right on the river and see all of the water traffic throughout the day. We would not hesitate to stay here again when returning to Nashville. Having covered parking for those in the building was really nice too. Finding good parking was difficult throughout the city and we didn’t have to worry about it when coming back at the end of the day when it was raining.

Location and accommodation was great for me and my wife. Was a great base for all Nashville has to offer. Did Broadway; A concert; and enjoyed the NASCAR race weekend!

We have stayed at several of these units before...around five of them. This one is the best because...the balcony is not covered with the overgrowth, bushes and trees. You can see a lot more. We didn't have to walk thru cobwebs to get to the balcony. The bathroom is remodeled and has a magic mirror. That mirror changes the lighting in the bathroom dramatically. The Riverfront bathrooms are typically poorly lit making shaving or doing your hair more challenging. The bed is excellent. Cute place with everything you'll need.

This was the perfect location for our first trip to Nashville! A nice walk to Broadway. We are walkers so we walked to all of our destinations. Great way to get some exercise while on vacation!
The unit was clean, quiet, comfortable and had a nice view of the river. Loved having the access to a pool as well. Everything about the place was great- highly recommend!

This was our first time in Nashville. The check-in process was very easy, which we appreciated as we got in late on a Friday night. Julie was attentive to questions and requests we had. We received quick responses. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. It was cozy and a perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we could have needed. Publix and a farmer's market are close by so we ate some meals at the condo. The location is wonderful as it is conveniently located to lower Broadway, the Gulch, Nissan stadium, the minor league baseball stadium, and other great neighborhoods. We walked to most locations but did take an Uber to lower Broadway due to the construction on nearby roads. However, the construction did not hinder us being able to get around. Scooters are also readily available for rentals. We will definitely be looking to see if this location is available next time we come back to town!

This was our first time in Nashville. The condo is located right on the river with balcony over looking the water. The condo was perfect for the two of us. We walked everywhere. Broadway was about a mile walk, we felt safe walking to and from, there are scooters everywhere if you want to rent one to ride up. Germantown area had a few restaurants away from Broadway. Condo was very clean and cozy! We would definitely rent this place again.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Area was a little sketchy. Did not feel safe utilizing the greenway to get to broadway. That was disappointing, as that was one of the reasons for choosing this property. But overall the condo was excellent.
