This apartment is conveniently located near both the train station and the tram station. The responses to the question emails in English to the landlord were also very good.

During my stay, the outside temperature rose to 38 degrees, but there was no air conditioning, so it was difficult to sleep, but I think this cannot be helped.

Overall great appartment! The location is very central, everything is nearby in walking distance (supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, museums, etc.), and still, it is very quiet during day and night. The appartment provides everything one needs for cooking (stove, microwave, cuttlery, plates, pans, etc.). Wifi is fast and reliable. 10 of 10, highly recommend!

It was mould in the area around the water heater. This made the apartment smell bad. The apartment was very dusty, and dust flew around everywhere. The dishes was sticky at our arrival.
