Spacious Host provided a selection of cereals. Bread, butter, jam, milk and orange juice was left in the fridge. Coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits was also provided. Plenty of storage for clothing
The bathroom being off the lounge which provided some awkward moments. Would recommend new saucepans. No dishcloths or scouring pads were provided which is essential. Some minor maintenance required on door lock to bathroom.

Totally my mistake, not reading description enough, thought it was 3 seperate bedrooms , 3rd bed is communal area.

Very pleasant surprise to find bread, milk, etc provided.....a very nice touch. Apartment was very quiet and location was perfect....2 minute walk to the beach and only 15 minutes into town for restaurants etc.....
Would be happy to discuss privately with the owner.

The apartment is warm and cozy. The bedrooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything for cooking and it was lovely that the host had provided some food we could use for breakfast. The location is perfect - very close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants.
Wifi did not work smoothly enough for a video call and, for some reason, our personal mobile internet (O2) reception was poor as well. Luckily, we had come for a leisure trip and we did not need to work, but if we would need to do more video meetings, it may have been an issue.

Great location, very friendly and helpful host. Lots of room, plenty of breakfast choices. Comfortable and relaxing environment.

Location is excellent. Lovely quiet area. The accommodation is huge….so much space. Really well equipped and the use of sachets for coffee, sugar etc means no claggy lumps of unknown origin in jars. Very generous with tea and coffee plus great to have bread, butter, marmalade and milk in the fridge on arrival.
No dedicated parking but you can’t have everything. There was road parking available for our stay.

Lovely stay. Loved the beach theme and also the fact there was breakfast provided. We appreciated the privacy and Lynne made us feel very welcome.

The booking was for my Niece traveling with her young family for our wedding.
Lynne couldn't have been more accommodating and welcoming
Lynne went to great trouble to ensure my Niece and her family were comfortable and managing 2 very young children with jetlag (from Australia)
The welcome pack took into consideration a particular requirement for my Niece and that was sp appreciated my her
They loved the size space and proximity to the beach
Didn't like that they couldn't stay longer in this part of the UK

Exceptional host in a great location a few meters from the beach. Great for walks in the Cuckmere Valley.

Convenient and quiet location and a good amount of sleeping space for four adults. Everything provided for a nice breakfast including a lovely selection of cereals. Easy on-street parking. Living and dining space was more limited, but that was much less important to us. The apartment met our needs very well.

Perfect location and the perfect host too. A welcome pack full of all your essentials eg bread and milk was a lovely gesture. The host was extremely helpful and assisted with any requests as best she could. We will definitely be recommending to others and hope to return again in the future ☺️

the two mats in the hallway and kitchen were trip hazards for elderly and children.

A well equipped very comfortable apartment. A stones throw from the beach and walks along Seaford Head with wonderful views towards the Seven Sisters.
Ideal for visiting Brighton & Eastbourne and quieter surrounding villages such as Alfriston.

Beautiful apartment, so lovely. The girls loved thier bedroom.
