Location ok, but we weren't sure of safety. Just didn't know the region.

We couldn't have had a better location. Took the kids to the zoo, children's museum , a local park and a baseball game. Everything was less then 20 minutes away. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and attendant was great with the kids.

Pool was a little cool but the kids didn't care. Could use a bigger garbage can in the kitchen. With 5 of us in the room it filled up fast. The house keeper had to empty it everyday. Nothing major just our observations.

Horrible customer service. They messed up my confirmation for two rooms. We're profiling us because we had children of different race. Accused us of smoking MJ in the room!!!! They said the pool was not open then opened it at 900 at night for other people. Was full of a softball team that took over the lobby area and theater area. They say none smoking facility but people in the back and front smoking even staff!!! Very poorly ran need new staff or some training in hospitality.

I'm reading the rest of these comments and I can assure you they were all white people who thought it was great.

We loved the location and comfort. The room was large and very nice. We used the fridge and the bed was super comfy. The whole place was clean and well kept.

Our room air conditioner could not cool the room below 77 deg F. That is way to hot. We told the managment, and they did send a man to check it out ASAP. But was unable to fix it. I did get a 'we are really sorry' answer. I am sure that they were too. My friends in other rooms told me they were nice and cool.

I liked that the property was clean and made me feel like I was home.

I didn’t like the fact that I was at the front desk for 45 mins at check in because he was unable to locate the reservation. This was my second time in a month that I have been there and it was nothing like my first experience when checking in. It was late when we checked and I was very tired. The guy who helped us was very nice he just could not find the reservation. After that 45 at check in I was very irritated. He eventually found after trying to charge my credit card and I told him that it was paid for, that was when we first arrived.
