Hotel situato in una posizione strategica, soprattutto per chi vuole visitare Bolzano, Merano e Trento in pochi giorni. È dotato veramente di tutti i comfort possibili ; lo staff è gentile e sempre disponibile !
Cinque stelle meritate
Tutto ottimo, l’unica pecca è che il ristorante è piccolo ed è necessaria prenotazione se si vuole mangiare lì. Noi siamo arrivati all’ultimo a richiedere di poter mangiare presso il loro ristorante ed erano esauriti i posti , peccato !

Spa et espaces extérieurs magnifiques.
Très bon petit déjeuner.
Nous avons séjourné dans le cadre de notre voyage de noce et avons vraiment été enchantés de notre séjour.
Nous aurions apprécié une bouilloire avec thé/café à disposition dans la chambre

The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent
The pool was nice with great service from the young waiters ..the only down fall was the biting bugs during the day laying by the pool..but that is no one’s fault that’s nature! Overall this hotel gets a 10 out of 10

This hotel was amazing. Such a beautiful area , slightly away from the bustle of downtown but just a short walk away. Many elegant touches made our stay wonderful. 5 stars!

A very sophisticated property, newly renovated to an exceptionally high standard. Converting a castle into a hotel must have had challenges which have been well handled.

This beautiful hotel was better than anything we could
have imagined. It’s very private and on a beautiful gated
property steps from downtown. The staff went above and
beyond with every request including helping hang
balloons so my boyfriend could surprise me and having
flowers brought in. The beds were so comfortable and
so clean. They pay such close attention to detail here,
we can not wait to go back!
the only things were it’s a little bit of a drive to places
wanted to go but that’s no real issue with a car, and
the Wi-Fi kicked us off every 30min.
That will not keep us from staying there in the future
though.
