The place was so perfect! The host is amazing as well! There were so many extras- a giddy basket in the kitchen. A coffee bar! A basket of toiletries in the bathroom! The place is clean and comfortable! Easy check in and out!! Perfect location!!!! We just loved it! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Needed a place to stay while looking for property in Tennessee. Just happened on this great VROB. The Kudzu Cottage was perfect in every way. It was the perfect size, clean, neat and even had little goodie baskets in the bathroom and on the kitchen table. Loved our stay there and will use it again if needed, we’ve already recommended this cottage to some friends.

The cottage was perfect for our stay! We needed a place to “land” while we waited to close on our house and it was great! Close to downtown and had all the convenience of home! Definitely recommend!

First of all Becky was great with communication during our stay. Location was great for access to downtown or 11E.
The cottage was extremely clean and nicely decorated.
The A/C was excellent and very quiet. For the two of us this was a great rental. Highly recommend this cottage if you are going to be in the Greeneville area.

Overall, the home was exceptional. Super clean and a nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. There was thoughtful items left like pamphlets, snacks, coffee and toiletries if we so needed. We would totally recommend to others. We have recommended other family members to stay here when visiting family.

This cottage is beautifully decorated and thinks of everything a person needs. It was immaculate and when I had an issue with the remote, the owner responded immediately. I highly recommend this cottage.

Convenient location in Greeneville which was perfect for weekend with grandson. Much better than a hotel room with comfortable couch and chair, large table for dining and game playing.

We were in Greeneville to watch our daughter play beach volleyball. We loved Becky’s cottage. The location was perfect, it was so cute and very clean. We couldn’t have been happier and hope to stay there the next time we visit our daughter.

Excellent choice. We needed to stay overnight in Greeneville while participating in a local antique show. The cottage met all of our needs, the in-town location was convenient to the show venue and Becky was great to work with. Will reserve the cottage again when the date for next year's show is set.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was so clean and beautifully decorated and the coffee/tea selection, snacks, and toiletries were such a nice added touch. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. We will stay here again!

I am very happy with our stay at the Kudzu Cottage! It's very clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom has been updated and is very pretty. There is a great kitchen (which we didn't use but it's available for use), and Becky thought of so many nice touches, like snacks, extra soap/razors/toothpaste/etc. and she also had ice melt for the ramp in case it got below freezing in the morning. I felt very welcome and hope that we will get to use her place again!

Kudzu Cottage was a quaint place that was well stocked, very clean and in a great location. My only suggestion would be a memory foam mattress. The current mattress is rather firm and was hard on my arthritis. Otherwise, a great stay.
