For £170 a night I’d expect an en suite room

room was nicely laid out
a toe nail in the floor, and very expensive for a single night, shared bathroom, small bed, no milk in the room for a tea, blinds that don’t really keep the room dark.

Owner allowed early check in, very useful when moving from place to place. Kitchen had very good facilities. The place was very clean throughout.
Over priced, although this was during Brecon Jazz festival. It's was more than I wished to pay for accommodation of this type for e.g. no en-suite bathroom. Could do with proper 'V' lux window blinds that keep the light out early in the morning.

The gentleman who have us the keys was absolutely lovely. Showed us the facilities. The room was lovely and clean, as was the shower/bathroom.

shared kitchen and the key lender was very nice
it was very small and smelled of cigarette smoke through my window and there was no greenery in the area … I ended up switching accommodations

Property well located.
the room had a shared bathroom with a shower fitting that didn’t work very well. It was not clear that the bathroom was shared
The downstairs kitchen was fairly poorly equipped. Nothing to make coffee with other than a kettle
The property is in a fairly run down part of Brecon behind and forming part of a fish and chip shop. There was a considerable smell of fried food.

Location was fab, little attention to details like doggy pack etc a nice thought.
The chlorine too strong in hot tub, burning our eyes, no catering for smokers, made to feel like a leper, the bed mattress noisy. Everytime you turned over we were awakened by the noisy bed springs. Other times we were awakened by scratching in the joists. Host not interested when informed, made to feel uncomfortable & a nuisance. Only interested in compliments and praise.
On arrival our greeting was was very regimented "Do this, don;t t do that, which was a bit overwhelming after travelling. It would have been nice to unload grab a cuppa and then been presented with lots of rules.

The room is beautiful, feels like home there are plenty of shops, restaurants, things to do etc right near by, perfect location.
The description online said there would be shampoo, conditioner etc so we didn't take any but when we arrived we couldn't find any so we had to go and buy some.

sharing a kitchen, steep stairs to corridor and our room, bsthroom with toilet over otherside of corridor. sharing a fridge. it was not the property we booked, we booked the self contained property which we discovered on the outside of the property, as people were coming out of it and let us see inside, they had booked it for one night. we booked for 3 nights at £347, but went home next day as we did not want to share accommodation with strangers, and never have done on any of our holidays

The host was very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us ,as they kindly stored our bikes whilst we stayed over night in a safe place.
And if that wasn't good enough the lady runs a fish and chip shop ,you couldn't ask for more .

Area and clean bedding
Sharing bathrooms and WC, looking at the photos it shows us with bathroom and WC. That was the only downfall
