The house is fantastic, has all the right accoutrement and amenities - various board/card games, Cornhole, ping pong, pool, swimming pool, tennis court~

Plenty of room and activities! Comfy beds and updated bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Great location near grocery stores and restaurants. We loved Mi Cultura, Peruvian place close by. Lexi was responsive and accommodating.

It was a fun house, with many games to play both indoors and outdoors, but description was a bit misleading. Listed as sleeping 12, but turned out to have 5 beds (sleeps 10), with an air mattress in the closet to sleep an additional 2 people. At our age, no one wanted, or was expecting to, have to sleep on an air mattress. There wasn’t even ample space to put the air mattress out, so was very disappointed in the sleeping arrangement. Although it was nice to have a tennis court in the backyard (which was the primary reason we chose this house), it’s not up to standard regulations, and there’s not enough space between the baseline and fence to be able to properly swing your racket since you end up hitting the back fence on your backswing (on both sides of the court). Also, we kept losing balls because the backyard has hedges along the perimeter, so once a ball rolls under there, it was extremely difficult to retrieve (and the ball would be covered in dirt). The host was very easy to communicate with, and was super prompt with responses whenever we needed anything.

We had a group of nine stay in the house and it was the perfect size, plenty of bedrooms and two large living areas (though we spent most of the time by the wonderful pool or playing tennis on the amazing regulation sized tennis court!) Kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill at the house. Location wise, the home is close to several grocery stores in a quiet neighborhood and was easy to get to. The views of the mountains were absolutely gorgeous as well. Overall I would highly recommend booking a stay here, I miss it already!

if you're active and want sunshine this is good house to go with a group. Has everything you need from tennis, a pool for the kids, basketball, to hiking nearby. We even walked to El Paseo which is nice and convenient. Manager is responsive and helpful.

This desert house was perfect for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday. We had a little pickle ball tournament on the tennis court, played ping pong & cornhole and had exactly what we needed to BBQ and hang by the pool (cute rafts were already there for us). We also walked to dinner from the house which was really nice. Definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend with family or friends.

Generally nice place to enjoy for all ages and good location for shopping. But little disappointed on bedding and cups/dishes/spoon&forks etc..the sheets smelled and you have to clean the dust off the dishes before using kitchen stuffs.

The house is a good price point for all that it includes in terms of amenities. There were a couple things that I reached out to Lexi about, from check-in comms to the pool and trash bins being full. She was quick to respond and send someone over to the house. I would come back again!

Me and 9 of my friends stayed here for a 3 day golf trip. It was perfect! We took advantage of the pool, basketball court, ping pong / pool table, and countless other things. Such a blast, can’t wait to get back! Only negative thing I’d say is this house was completely bare in terms of being stocked with any essentials (absolutely no shampoo/soap in the bathrooms, and not even salt or pepper in the kitchen) so make sure you come prepared :)

The bathrooms were redone and water pressure was great. Lexi was fast to respond and responsive to our concerns. Although we enjoyed our stay the house needs some work. It is outdated with quite a bit of work that needs to be done on the house both inside and out. I would recommend bringing washcloths and hair towels as those weren't provided. The beds were as listed, but not comfortable and the bedding was nothing special. There was no soap or shampoo so bring that stuff. The dining room table was large in size, but chairs were stained/needs new cushions and only sit 6 people. Overall it was a great stay, but for the price of the house we had higher expectations.

The house was a good size and worked well for our large family. Pool and pool table were a nice treat.

Lexi’s place was great for our stay. There’s lots of activities and games. Perfect getaway for a group of friends. She was also extremely responsive to questions.

My family really enjoyed staying here. My teens loved the tennis court, pool, the ping pong and the pool table. Lots to do! We brought our own racquets just in case, but everything is provided including tennis balls, racquets and ping pong paddles. Very clean inside, (the pool area and table/chairs could have been a little cleaner). Ice maker/water dispenser doesn’t work, but ice trays were provided. Lots of extra towels provided. Lexi was very quick to respond to every question and very helpful. Perfect vacation getaway during Covid times. We will definitely be back!

This property was excellent for me and my family. Everyone had their space and when we were together, either while poolside or dining we were comfortable. We enjoyed all the emmenities the home had to offer. The owner, Lexi, was spontaneous on responses to our questions. I look forward to staying at this property in the future.

We had a fantastic three night stay at the property on Sierra! My husband and I stayed in the house with our two sons (ages 9 and 11). Two other families that we have been spending time with during the quarantine rented condos nearby and hung out with us during the day. In total, there were 5 adults and 7 kiddos hanging out at the house, playing tennis, swimming in the pool, and sharing meals. It was glorious. The house is spacious and structured in such a way that the bedrooms were quiet. The house is nice enough to be enjoyable without being so fancy that you have to worry your kids will destroy something. And there is plenty of room. We can't wait to return!

Loved the access to the tennis court and pool right in the back yard. Spacious property with a lot of available activities. Would stay again.

We decided to rent this property because of the tennis court . all tennis courts were shut down due to Covid. We were in heaven upon arrival when we saw how big the backyard was. The court was well maintained although a little tight from baseline to fence ( hard To retrieve topspin). There were lights for us to play at night but not that bright so it was hard to play at night. The salt water pool was very nice and warmed up pretty fast. The only complaint were the broken chairs . Only three worked so unfortunately, not everyone could relax in the comfy chairs! There is only one tV which was a little disappointing because the house is pretty big . I loved “Alexa” which made it so nice and easy to turn on whatever we wanted! The master bedroom was a good size and bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom is very small but had a nice shower. The adjacent bedrooms were also nice with beds that were pretty comfortable as well. There’s loads and loads of towels that were provided for the pool and bath which was so incredibly nice!! The washer and dryer was great and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. Our property manager, Lexi was easy to correspond with . The location is superb !!! You could walk to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Westfield Mall (although closed because of Covid). We also walked to the famous hiking trail , Bump and Grind which was the highlight of our trip! I definitely recommend this property but understand that the house is a little older. Other than that, it’s the absolute perfect house for an active family!!! We can’t wait to rent it again!!
