It’s very convenient location to get around, and Jeff is super nice and helpful, also the facilities are really good and practical for short trips, kitchen is wonderful designed for short term travel,

Great location, lovely host and the apartment was just what we needed. Close to Coogee Beach and Bondi Beach, just hop on the bus or take the light rail into the city. And meeting people of different nationalities was a real bonus.

Everything was provided Even including kitchen tower paper and toilet airfresh. I literally didn't need to buy any supply. Owner was very kind.

This is a nice old building and quite a lot of thought has been put into equipping the rooms and common areas well so you have everything you need. It's also located in a nice area close to a tram line that runs directly into the city centre.
I chose the cheapest option so my room was pretty small. The air conditioning didn't seem to work at all and I had some problems getting enough hot water in the showers. I'm also not sure there was really hot water in the washing machines – I chose a warm wash but my clothes didn't smell great when I took them out. The lack of flexibility in the booking was a problem for me – I had to stay longer at my previous location for medical reasons and was unable to change the booking, so I ended up paying for 12 nights when I only used four, which was very frustrating given the extremely high prices in Sydney.

Lovely accommodation, couldn’t compliment it highly enough. Great location. Room & bed was incredibly comfortable and had all necessary appliances. Great kitchen space in the main house if needed. Communication was good and self checkin was very handy. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Sydney.

This was a real find in Randwick, so close to the racecourse, a few minutes walk to either Light Rail or bus services,restaurants and Belmore street which has all the shops you need. I couldn't believe how many appliances were available in the room, everything you could ask for and more from a fully equipped kitchenette - good wardrobe and drawer space, desk, shower ensuite. It has a full laundry and kitchen as well . Beautiful old restored hotel with nice little private BBQ and outdoor eating and sitting area . The Light rail takes you all the way to Central Station and then Circular Quay. I'd highly recommend this little hotel , I'd definitely stay here again.
Of the 21 rooms 9 have ensuites otherwise there are well appointed shared bathrooms, for a longer stay I'd definitely book the ensuite room again. The rooms are only serviced once a week but more towels etc are available when needed. There nothing really not to like about this place.

Jeff was a wonderful host - everything was "spot on". It included many extras that I did not expect.
Parking is a problem in the area, but this is not the host's fault.

I haven't seen a place like that in Australia before. It reminded me Bali guesthouses. The room and sorroundings lack a consistent design yet they feel very causy and are very practical, despite limited amount of space. I particularily liked small backyard water wall, automatic roof window above the bed, abundance of storage in the room, free segafredo coffee and (I got lucky) street parking spot next to the entrance. The location is great. The entrance is on relatively quiet street but abundance of cafes, restaurants and a shopping mall are only 4 minute walk away.
The door lock was code-based rather than key-based and the code looked like to me as every room has the same one, which made me a bit uncomfortable leaving valuables in the room.

Jeff was a wonderful person, the room was clean, private, very comfy, with all facilities. 20 minutes walk to Coogee beach and very close to supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops

Jeff was delightful. Very welcoming and approachable. The location was excellent. Very close to shops and a 4 minute drive to Prince of Wales Private Hospital
