We’ve stayed at the other Sandpiper condos and this was a very nice studio. Was a nice clean unit. super easy to come and go provides all the basics. Fortunately this time of year it does cool down enough in evenings with cross ventilation and a ceiling fan. If it was June not so sure. Other condos provided floor fans as back up during seasonally warmer nights. It’s a wonderful place to stay on the North end when one understands simple Kauai vacationing having a clean comfortable room and a warm shower with a quite atmosphere to re energize. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a great spot to stay while visiting the north shore. Our host was incredible and the communication was great. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

We thought rental was good value for price,nice pool and great location enjoyed proximity to beaches and princeville and Hanelei towns for restaurants and shops Excellent farmers markets in area on different a days of the week . Make sure to add this north shore rental as well as a stay to south shore to your Kauai holiday

Awesome quiet neighborhood. Quick responses to messages. Clear instructions. Perfect location for us. Pool and jacuzzi were nice to relax in. We used them many times. Close enough to Hanalei to drive a few minutes. Hotel nearby has music every night and good choice of appetizers. One thing…small fridge and no utensils except one sort of sharp knife. Plastic eating utensils. Thanks Janet for your hospitality.

My experience was phenomenal and my host couldn’t have been more accommodating. I got to witness my best friend marrying the love of his life and made lifelong memories. I would highly recommend you stay here if you’re a small party (1-2) and plan on being out experiencing the island more than in. There are multiple amenities in the immediate area however some further destinations (even to the bay) require a rental car at the least. For the price point of the listing it should be more than feasible to appropriately rent a vehicle to accomplish these needs.

Lovely studio in quiet residential neighborhood, wonderful area for walking, enjoyed the lanai for relaxing in the morning and evening. Lots to do and see in Princeville. Thank you, Janet, we had a wonderful time!

Great location, had everything we needed.

Affordable no thrills studio in a great location. The address in Apple Maps does not take you to the correct location. The check in instructions could be clearer as we had trouble finding the complex. Pool and hot tub were nice touches.

Perfect location, perfect spot to sleep after a day of activities. The spot had everything we needed for the 2 of us.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was close to north shore beaches and shops. We also enjoyed having the patio and provided beach chairs. The only issue we had was parking . two of the nights we spend from 30 mins to an hour looking for parking when both the lot in front of the condo and behind it were full . We end up having to Park in a spot that said no parking due to having no other choices . Other than that the place was cute and location great!

Clean, cozy and comfortable. Janet the host was very nice. I traveled alone and I felt very safe. Love the Ferrell chickens and the condo cat. I would certainly rent this again.

This property was exactly what we needed for our two day stay before hiking the Kalalau Trail. Everything was as described in the listing, the property was clean and stocked with essentials, and check-in was extremely easy.

We had a lovely stay here. We asked if it would be OK to have three people including our 4 year old kid. Their was an air mattress available and the owner even brought over a nice foam mattress for our kid. The room was quiet despite all the neighbors having close windows open. We did need to work to make sure our kid didn’t talk loudly before 9am (quiet hours) which took some effort especially with the time change. But it felt like all the neighbors were doing their part to respect the quiet hours which we appreciated. We really liked the relaxed neighborhood feel of the complex. This was the perfect home base for our family to explore the area. Thanks!

The studio was absolutely precious. Quiet patio. Very clean room. Great amenities even stocked with Keurig coffee cups, the best! Had a visit from the community condo cat as well. Centrally located would absolutely stay here again and again. Janet was a fantastic host!

Had a lovely time. Unit was small but adequate. Really loved the covered porch for coffee. Noise from next door was a bit much due to thin walls and the parking situation was less than ideal. All in all would stay again. Clean, friendly, and wonderfully priced!

My husband and I stayed for a week in this condo, and it met our expectations. The condo was very clean, and there were no bugs. The bed, pillows, and patio chairs were super comfortable. The overhead fan and the cross breeze kept the condo cool. The location is perfect. It was a short drive to Hanalei, Anini beach, and many other north shore beaches.We even walked to the beach at the end of the road every night for the sunsets.There were plenty of towels and wash clothes, and beach equipment.We used the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella, which came in handy. We stopped by Costco before checking in, and got some dinners and breakfasts that we heated in the microwave, and made coffee each morning. Another plus was the host, Janet.She was quick to respond to our questions, but was not intrusive. As mentioned in other reviews, the walls are thin, and the condo is adjacent to the parking lot, which was noisy at times. However, between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, it was quiet, so we slept well every night.Best of all, this condo was affordable! Overall, we had a great stay, and would stay here again!

It was a lovely, colorful, beach-themed studio with a private patio. It’s centrally located to Princeville Shopping Center and other activities. We had a comfortable and wonderful stay. Janet was very responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo💕🌴🌈🌺

This place was perfect for my wife and I on our budget trip to Kauai. The inside was nice and inviting, and the owner has thought of a lot of little details that made our stay that much easier. I especially enjoyed the sharp knife and cutting board for preparing our own fresh pineapple, as well as the beach supplies which saved us a lot of hassle. The patio was surprisingly nice to hang out on in the mornings while drinking our coffee and listening to the rain and bird songs. We would love to come back!

Great size room, plenty of space and very clean.

This studio is perfect for the island explorers! We just needed a place to sleep and shower, and this place did it justice. The walls were very thin but the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was extremely clean and well organized. The host was quick to respond to all questions, which is always appreciated. We made good use of the beach equipment and cooler. I loved all the chickens and neighborhood cats roaming about daily. It felt safe and tranquil. Perfect location for night walks. The stars are unreal!! We would definitely stay here again!

This was an awesome stay! Janet was great and easy to work with. The place was perfect for us... clean, spacious, and private. We'd definitely stay here again! One suggestion would be to reinforce the wall behind the microwave as the wall was thin and we could hear the neighbors.

Janet's place was perfect for the two of us. Convenient location, very clean and comfortable, no trouble at all with noise or outside activities. Janet was on site when we arrived and we enjoyed her very much. She allowed us a late check-out, so we could go for a morning hike and come back for a shower and packing-up. But the day after we left, she charged our card an extra $200 for a broken floor tile in the bathroom. We're very sure we didn't cause this damage, and would have told her if we had, but she was equally as sure we did cause the damage and was in a position to charge us for it. An unhappy end to an otherwise terrific stay.

Location, location, location. This property is a great value for one or two people staying on the North Shore of Hawaii. We spent 4 nights here and only used the property to sleep and shower. It is more than adequate for that purpose. We would consider staying here again.

The property is in a very safe and beautiful location. It was very cute and cozy, perfect for spending nights and mornings so we could go adventuring during the day. We felt very comfortable there and the host had the place set up nicely for us.
