The hosts were pleasant, and attentive to a complaint about the wifi, which they were unable to rectify. Double bed comfortable with clean linen.

Arrangement to collect keys early was not organised and person involved was not told about arrangement. Specified, booked and confirmed prior to arrival that apartment had two double bedrooms, but apartment only had one double room, and one very small room. Wifi faulty. Very steep stairs to apartment, and more stairs to small bedroom area, not obvious in accommodation description on booking site. Location down a side street, felt unsafe at night to walk by oneself. Very basically equipped, particularly in the kitchen, where there seemed to be only very bare essentials. Blind broken in small bedroom. No information about Setubal. No attempt at home comforts. Hosts didnt really seem to know what guests expect. Definitely not value for money.

Location is perfect, walk distance from shops area and restaurants. 5 minutes drive from amazing beaches and the beautiful Serra da Arrabida national park.

Overall our stay was very good. The only thing was that the place was not very clean when we arrived.

Great location. Newly refurbished flat.

Poor quality appliances and very poorly equipped kitchen. Lack of cleanliness (got myself an allergy). Cluncky equipment and broken or malfunctioning stuff (windows, shower support,...).

The apartment is very comfortable and big. The location is perfect, right by the main square, close to all the main attractions, as to all the restaurants around downtown. The host was easy to communicate to and very helpful. I wouldn't mind staying for more time and I would probably return some day.

A washing machine would be a good addition and some other kitchen appliances. We wouldn't mind a dishwasher as well.
