Ven a nuestro precioso apartamento estudio en playa del sur! Justo al otro lado del océano en la impulsión del océano! Es realmente en una gran ubicación en la playa del sur-pie de restaurantes, discotecas y tiendas.
Estudio luminoso - con espacio para alojar hasta 4 en 1 cama de matrimonio y 1 sofá cama. Este estudio es luminoso y da a una calle tranquila, justo al lado de la impulsión del océano ocupado. derecho -Situado otro lado de Lummus Park Si quieres ver lo que está pasando este estudio se encuentra en el corazón de la acción.
Despertarse con el sol y el cielo de la playa del sur, en el océano - Sólo un hermoso parque verde entre usted y la playa, - en nuestro precioso edificio art deco. Estamos a 530 Ocean Dr.
Reunirse con amigos en nuestro hermoso vestíbulo, coger el ascensor a su condominio.
El servicio de aparcacoches está disponible en frente del edificio, o hay un montón de bloques 1/2 pública de distancia!
Espacioso y luminoso! Actualización studio-- Cocina completa con nevera, estufa, microondas, cafetera. Un precioso cuarto de baño con bañera. Una cómoda cama para descansar por la noche y sofá cama. El centro de A / C. wifi gratuito y cable.- duerme 3-4

My sister & I took a mini mother/daughter vacation, the location of this condo is perfect! Directly across from the beach! Many different restaurants around to choose from in the area all within walking distance. The condo could certainly use some maintenance and updates but the location us look past the little issues. There is an old moldy smell about the building & condo though once you get upstairs. But hey who goes to South Beach to sit in their room?! Helena was WONDERFUL!! We checked in after hours due to our flight but she was right there to meet us at 1 am. Her communication was great at all times, she quickly responded and came to replenish things such as toilet paper when needed. Helena is an excellent “property manager” (not sure if that’s her title). Thank you for the stay! Hopefully we’ll be back soon, kid free this time lol. 😊

Perfect location!
My sister & I took a mini mother/daughter vacation, the location of this condo is perfect! Directly across from the beach! I literally had to apologize to my family after checking in. Room is too small for more than 2 people. We wanted to go somewhere else, but the listing states no refunds in the description. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work so condensation runs down the wall after taking a shower. The bathroom sink water lines are corroded and water lines drip all over the floor. There is no hot water in the bathroom. Worst thing was having to walk through a restaurant’s outdoor dining area to get to the entrance any time you would leave or return to the room. Building is old and hallways smelled like marijuana. You should Believe the previous bad reviews. Owner seems to explain them away by saying people asked for refunds after their stay or they will leave a bad review. We toughed it out for 5 days. We never asked for a refund or to change rooms. Stay somewhere else.

When we arrived at the studio, the floor was really dirty and the tub is leaking water all the time. It does not have hot water. we asked the manager to fix the problem and the manager never fixed it. Then the kitchen was not in order.. It was missing a lot of silverware
and I had to go buy plates and from the store. I has to clean the kitchen floor because it was dirty. IN my opinion it is not a good place to rent. The manager does not care about the customers service. I sent a photo about the dirty place to the manager and she did not do anything about it. When we left I sent to the manager the message that we left the apartment and she answered to me "207 gone" and that is all she sent!

The location is perfect to the beach and ocean drive. Everything was basically in walking distance. Helena went above and beyond. Answered immediately and provided when asked. It was a great stay. Near everything but away from the noise. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks 😊

The place was the nastiest place I've ever stayed. Bugs were crawling on the floor and walls, windows will not close, towels were dirty, bath tub had stains on it, sheets smelled, futon was tore, had to go buy our own cleansing supplies, hair was all around the room, shower curtain had mildew on it, closet Space was not cleared and the list goes own. This was the worst experience ever. We didn't even have to broom to clean up ourself.

We really enjoyed this condo. We especially loved that we could bring our little yorkies on vacation with us. Helina was great, and was available for anything we needed. If you want to be right in the middle of the action in South Beach, this is a great and comfortable option.

Great location Great room
We liked the decor of the room. Frig was big for a studio (usually there is a mini frig in these rooms). Bed was comfortable. Helina (our contact) was nice and helpfull. Love the location, right in the Art Deco area and price was reasonable for this location. The condo does not have a pool but didn't need one, the beach is right there! Yes I have recommended to my friends...

We arrived at midnight and were welcomed to a really cute apartment with a kitchen that even had a stove- It was in a great location- right across from the beach- we were able to walk to great places to eat and great bars and the beaches are fantastic!! we had a great time! thank you
