The staff was out of line. At one point we received a call about smoking?? Yet neither myself or my partner smokes. We we're threatened by the employee at the front desk.. and told that she will make us leave. We really didn't appreciate being accused of something we didn't do. Afterwards when we left to take an Uber to The Chop House two doors down it sounded like a full swing party! The hallway was filled with marijuana smoke, people loitering, and trash from take-out. We didn't say anything but we we're upset about the situation.

Our room was modern and new and the hotel design is fantastic!
It was great to have front desk employees text us to see if we were happy with our stay and we could ask questions.

Carpet was dirty.
No insulation, I could hear dogs and people in the hall and above us clearly.

Love how spacious the rooms are and the friendly staff are very helpful!
Beds are little hard and hate that the pool closes at 10 pm, but just minor things.

The size of the room is perfect. So nice to have a kitchenette.
Pillows were old and soft. Carpet in the room not clean. Bed sheets looked used? We asked for a refund or discount due to leaving early for a family emergency and was denied. Also disappointed in the price for the room due to a concert in town.

NEVER GOT TO STAY. YOU CANCELED RESERVATION
You didn’t help us find another room, after you canceled us out with a confirmation number. We were getting emails from your property for the next 48 hours asking us how our stay was. The Poorest customer service we have ever received. We will be telling everyone NOT to stay at a home2 Suites.

Loved the location and space/amenities of the room! Staff was very please to deal with.
Beds were a little stiff and there is a strict 10 pm quiet time policy that we had a hard time adhering too! lol

Besides the shower had hair pieces from previous people shaving which is a major health violation.

they had a great variety for breakfast, we had plenty of towels and pillows. bed was extremely comfortable. room was spacious. great location near lots of shopping and food! we will be back

Breakfast was adequate excellent set up
The facility gave us a bill that was 20 cheaper than we were charged by booking . Com. Obviously no savings for us going thru your company should have booked directly thru hotel. Lessens learned

it’s low key but friendly.
There were no coffee cup or plain half and half cups and I waited for 5 minutes at the desk and no one came out to see what was wrong so I opened the cabinets, found the items and restocked the coffee bar myself and some others that were waiting clapped!

Bed super comfy. Huge room. Nice shower. Nice bathroom. Kitchen appliances included. 2 TV’s. Good breakfast and nice staff. Great location.
No free Wi-Fi without Hilton Honors, even cheap hotels have Wi-Fi. There was food stuck in refrigerator and chair.

Location was great. Easy to find with good restaurant nearby. Breakfast options were good.

I was not very impressed with the breakfast. And the rooms need more pillows at least one more for each bed.
