layout and pool

It was the perfect place for a beach holiday. Everything you needed and more. The house had a lovely beach feel and was very spacious inside (4 large bedrooms), outside is a big pool perfect for the kids and even 2 new adult sized bikes. We would highly recommend it.

The bathroom was rather small for the size of the house and the shower was over the bath. I think for the price, there should really have been 2 bathrooms inside the house. There was a shower outside in the laundry which might normally be adequate but it was so hot outside (early February) that we couldn’t really use it.

Very tidy place

Very clean and secure house, very bright and colourful, and very Airey.. when doors are open.

Foxtel is outdated, remote hardly worked, no live FTA tv.. It was a shame we stayed on the most wettest weekend in history, the the shack has real potential in the warmer season as it's in a lovely central area, and if you like to 4x4 the entrance to the beach is 500m away..

Position

Quaintness of the house - very beachy and welcoming. We had to move a few chairs around to fit 12 in for lunch but it was all pretty easy.

Another toilet/bathroom would have been handy but we just waited our turn! A couple of bigger serving platters would have been handy.

Great location. The house was well equipped and very clean and comfortable.

The bathroom door lock did not work and I got locked in :)

The bathroom was a little underwhelming for a nice property (screws into lamipanel for the walls) The laundry shower and main bathroom door locks both got stuck during our stay and required someone from outside the room to 'rescue' a person. The main bathroom door would open if shut but not locked. (it would be worth considering replacing the door handle please) f There were a LOT of ornamental nick nacks that required supervision of a young child to make sure they weren't damaged, this was frustrating in a house that otherwise was very child friendly. ff-f It was great we didn't need to pack any children toys!

it was all good

It was a great location, 2 min walk to the beach. Loved the backyard and outside entertainment area. It was so close to the IGA as well.

The kids room smelt a little like urine. Also the house isn’t very sound proof, you can hear every little thing from all the bedrooms.

The property had everything, that you would need when you are holidaying, Location was great, walking distance to shops, beach, hotel

There was nothing to dislike, as I said the property had every thing, I would Recomend it to anyone,

We loved the location, the beautiful big table on the front veranda secluded by beautiful mature trees was wonderful to socialise. The house was lovely with everything we could possibly need available. It was decorated beautifully and was so comfortable. The attention to detail with a just in case drawer... screwdrivers, take away containers for left overs etc was wonderful. It made our long weekend fabulous. We loved the cappuccino and chocolates and all the other little treats. Thank-you so much for a wonderful reunion with friends.

Nothing it was all lovely. We enjoyed using the pushbikes but some need some upgrades.

Plenty of room for 8, comfortable beds, we’ll appointed kitchen, large TV with Foxtel and Netflix, all rooms air conditioned, walk to beach, shops and only just down the road for beach 4wd access. Everything you need for a great break.

Blinds didn’t darken the bedroom very well.

We stayed for two nights and did not have the opportunity to use all the facilities provided.
