Apartamento bem completo com ótima localização.

Infelizmente tinha uma falta de luz programada para o dia da saída. Não sabíamos disso.

Localização. Espaço bem ajeitado, talvez de para aproveitar mais mo verão.

Sabia que a acomodação não teria elevador, mas só para pontuar que tem 2 lances de escada. Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência em apenas 1 noite de estadia, talvez falta de sorte? Chegamos de noite e não tinha luz no prédio, voltou muito tempo depois. Mas de manhã também tinha acabado a luz de novo, então não tinha aquecimento e nem chuveiro. A proprietária nos respondia rápido, mas não estava no momento da nossa chegada, a vizinha que ficou responsável por nos atender e nos fazer o favor, Quando podia, de mostrar o apto e atualizar sobre essa questão da energia. Não tem Muitas vagas de carro próximo, tivemos que estacionar perto de umas escola um pouco longe. Fazia um barulho constante na cozinha de noite, um estalo, acho que era do aquecedor.

Nice an wonderful house. More amenities than mentioned. Really close to city center.

The owner Carla was amazing . The location is nice if you want in town . All was VERY clean . Definitely a 10 for cleanliness. So if that’s what you’re looking for , definitely book this place . The owner had lots of little things available , like salt , pepper , coffee , Tea etc . Again , very clean and super sweet owner .

Not the owners fault, but there was a lot of noise all day long from tree cutting nearby . The other thing was that the bed sheets didn’t fit the bed so kept slipping off and made sleeping for us uncomfortable . Stove ignition wasn’t working ( we thankfully had matches ) Can all be solved easily but we didn’t want to bother owner who lived far away . There were minor things like parking that wasn’t as easily as we thought it would . Nothing major , but just enough for us not to give it a 9 or 10 . Cleanliness and owner do get a 10 though !

Abgesehen von dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Appartment, war die Dachterrasse das absolute Plus. Die Lage,direkt vor dem Tor zum historischen Zentrum könnte nicht besser sein. Die charmante Gastgeberin Clara hat alles Wissenswerte ausführlich erklärt und Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und vertraut im Casa Irene.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist tagsüber schwierig. In Nähe des Appartments gilt es, für zwei Stunden mit Parkuhr zu parken. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist zwar nicht weit, aber am Tage aufgrund der Touristenströme nicht immer frei. Ab den frühen Abendstunden entspannt sich die Situation wieder.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation

The location was very close to the historical city center,very cosy inside.

It is ideally located just outside san gimignano walls. We had a car rental and had no issues parking. The place is small but there is a lovely balcony which provided extra space.it was immaculately cleaned. Clara was a sweet and accommodating host. The space is charming.

We were there in the midst of a heat wave so we kept the apt. shuttered because it was so hot. There is air conditioning, but it is a 3rd floor older building and the a/c was struggling to keep the place cool.
