The room was very clean. And the view from the balcony its wonderful. Also its near the beach, restaurants and tourist centers. And the lady was very sweet.

Proximity to beaches, shops, everything you need, by foot, parking spot in front of the house or nearby parking with pay, air conditioning in the room, kitchenette with fridge. The location, being near the old town and beach, restaurants,clubs, is quite quiet, especially if you close the door to the terrace. Nice and hospitable owner, he offered us some recommendations in the area and was easy to reach if I had something to ask, answering to every question.
Some clothes pins and umbrella for the table on the terrace would have been nice to have.
Noises from the adjoining room were easy to hear (jacuzzi, shower, hair dryer).
We couldn't find coffee pods for the coffee machine (Lavazza il Modo Mio), so if you plan to drink coffee in your room, make sure you come with them from home or with your own espresso machine.

Very clean, brand new apartment with a kitchen and a balcony with a marvelous view at the beach :) Very nice host, easy check-in and check-out. There is a private parking - very small but the Owner organizes everything and as for Ulcinj this is very important if you come by car. I definitely recommend :)

the appointment was gorgeous in the perfect location right beside the beach and old town with a view of the sea. Very comfortable and clean. Loads of space and great value for money. The owner was really nice and helpful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Apartment facilities. Bed, kitchen and the balcony view are excellent. The hospitality of the host is above and beyond.
The parking is a bit small and crowded, but this didn't spoiled our stay.

Great communication by an booking app with host ego was very kindly. Apartment was clean, rooms cosy with comfortable beds. And the view from balcony… incredible.

It was CLEAN! We felt like home. The location was perfect. You have a beautifull view from your large tarrace so you can see the ocean in the morning and the city in the evening. The owner was really friendly helpfull and always in a good mood. You have the whole equipment there. Everything that you need. As a family we felt reaallyy comfortable and safe and we can't wait for the next summer to book this again!
