Location was good but the best thing was the hospitality of staff,they were very polite and helpful.

1st. Day Breakfast was ok. 1st. Night Food Quality was Good. But when we went to stay again on 09.03.2020, found main Cook went for Leave on Holi. Make shift cook was not all good as Main Cook. So food quality detoriated drustically. F&B manager also accept the things and replaced the Food with fresh one. Please note Mr. Banjamin in Front Office is very co-operative. Property is Newly Made & excellent in all aspect including & View from Room.
Newly made Hotel should need well behaved & Experienced Staff in Restaurent. But the Lady staff in Restaurent should be trained properly and Should maintain the time of Buffet Breakfast as per declare the Hotel Management. Should take care of all Guest & checked whether everybody have completed their Breakfast or not before wiped up the settings with in Breakfast Schedule timings. Room Service or F&B Dept. need to be upgraded with immediate effect. If it is upgraded then it will be best property in KALIMPONG.

BREAKFAST VARIETY SHOULD BE MORE WITH NON VEG. VARIETY. PROPERTY IS EXCELLENT.
RESTAURENT FACILITY & IT'S STAFF. THEY SHOULD TRAINED PROPERLY.
