A good size property for a family or group. The property is very near the town centre. The balcony had a nice view of the sea.

Had a to collect the keys from a very long way away. The flat/apartment is ok but the building it is in, and the the central stairway and communal areas were disappointing. The allocated parking space was small and very difficult to get into and out of.

The location was very good and central. The bedrooms served their purpose. The lounge was a nice size. The TV was good.

The difficulty in parking the car in the allocated space. Having to climb 5 flights of stairs to access and leave the apartment. Insufficient toilet paper provided, had to buy some more. The twin bedded room was too small and with only one power point.

Fantastic location. So close to the beach and shops. Everything was clean. And beds very comfortable. Welcome bag was lovely too.

Parking garage door not working and parking in garage a bit tight for big cars.

The location was great, it was warm with lots of nice touches in terms of equipment, decoration - and space

The heating system was a bit confusing and we had to switch off the timer for the heating because it made a lot of noise. It may be better to have a note in each room. Also the main bedroom radiator made a ticking sound all the time. A really small thing, but only half the toaster worked. It was a bit odd not having hot water. It wasn't worth heating a whole tank for just the washing up - but it was also a bit of a hassle to keep boiling the kettle for this.

The view and the facilities were excellent and the welcome pack was a surprise and much appreciated.

The property was situated close to the sea front with a small balcony from which we could view the sea. It, had its own underground garage, so we were able to leave our car without worry, It had everything we needed, a very well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave oven plus an electric oven and ceramic hob, a double bedroom, another with twin beds and the 3rd with bunk beds. The furnishings were modest but well kept and clean with a dining table that would seat 6. The property also felt safe as it has a locked communual door, a door to each floor followed by the apartment door.

There are one or two areas that need tweeking - some of the radiators were new but a couple of the others looked very old and we found it difficult to get any heat from them and the central heating control was very noisy. The kitchen water was not controlled by the central heating but from a boiler that was housed in the corridor and had to be turned on when hot water was needed. The hot tap in the kitchen did not have much of a flow of water and consequently, it took a while to get enough water to wash up crockery.
