Lovely flat nicely decorated and right on the seafront

Didn't refund the 💷200 deposit, the reason they given is we didn't clean the room before we check out... Well, actually we have already paid 💷65 on the cleaning fee, and we didn't be told that we have to tyde up the room before we leave... -WHICH MEANS WE HAVE TO PAY 265 POUNDS FOR CLEANING FEE, INDEED WE DID NOT DAMAGE ANY PIECES OF EQUIPMENT BUT LEFT SOME RUBBISHES THAT WAS EASY TO CLEAN UP... (They didn't tell us they've decide to 'keep' our deposit before we awared and asked them, which is 1 week after we chech out. Then we argued with the staff, they said they will deduct part of the garbage charge and the rest of the deposit refund may take 2-5 bank/working days. However, after two weeks, we still hadn't received the deposit. After asking again, we were told that they wouldn't refund the deposit. ) This is oppression and fraud to customer, to give a random excuse to withhold the tenant's ￡200 deposit refund.

Great location and very modern

The apartment is by a lift which can be heard throughout the flat when used. There is also a set of doors that lead to lift that banged loudly.

3rd bedroom a bit tiny!

A self-contained apartment on the sea front, three bedrooms but just two of us. Sea mist can't be blamed on anyone even though it took our starling viewing away! Walking distance to our pub and restaurants, chosen just for that reason. Well equipped although a few maps would have been nice. Easy instructions to follow for rubbish disposal etc. Some patched breakages need attention, but we think we may have been the first guests of the season...but then again, there may have been a year to ensure it was tip top condition

Black sticky tape holding bits of furniture together.... obviously broken by someone, although it may have been clobbered with a vacuum cleaner. The plastic bath is horrid, as was the very narrow second lavatory. The themed 20s interior design is a nice thought in a classic building such as this, but less decorations of a high quality could take this property up a level. It appears to be arranged more for a family, but may be suited to an upmarket couples weekend with a tweek or two.

It was worn in places. The site inaccurately stated a parking space was available. The parking around the property is difficult to secure, adding stress and is expensive. The management of the property was argumentative & unhelpful.
