Great hotel. Good staff. Nice rooms. Excellent swimming pool. Breakfast was fine. Plenty of space for parking.

The hotel staff and service was friendly and great. The breakfast was tasty though not so much main dishes to get full energy to start the day. The Cafe shop in the hotel compound was relaxing and superb with beautiful view surrounding to enjoy. I strongly recommend this place to those who loves quiet and relaxing holiday with beautiful nature yet modern design.
However, the hotel is located quite far from the Khorn Kaen city which took us more than half an hour to reach. This made us difficult to enjoy the city tour during night time.

Everything extraordinary nice, clean, comfortable. Very nice and friendly reception. Speaking very well English and location is just a few streets away from many many stores.
The only thing that I should think about is to put some water cooker in the rooms. But that's just because I sometimes like to drink my coffee in the room. The breakfast isn't that special for the price we needed to pay. Sorry.

Extremely clean and well presented. Well maintaned pool with very friendly and helpfull staff.
The restaurant closed at 3pm which was unexpected, and the general location is very out of the way for travellers to khon kaen

The staff was very helpful and polite.
Rooms were clean and tidy.
The restaurant is also nice and clean.
All in all a good place to stay in Ban Phai.
The bathroom is small and sometimes we had to poor water on the floor because the drainage system started smelling.
The breakfast buffet is very, very limited, the coffee tasted bad.

This is a modern first class hotel with friendly attentive staff. We really liked the pool area and in particular the shallow padding area that our child could play within safely. I really liked the unique building design, which was a first for me to see, in that none of the neighbouring rooms on any floor level were immediately next door. What they did here was create an air and natural light passage between each and every room. Although expensive to build, the result is absolutely zero disturbance in the form of noise from any neighbouring guests - be the loud TV, toilet being flushed and all the other noises you hear when staying in a hotel. This is ground-breaking in terms of hotel design!
The only one thing I could find fault in was that the hotel did not provide a food room ordering service after 3pm. However, there was a Shabu Shi restaurant within the confines of the hotel complex and they also had a boutique coffee and cake cafe within the grounds of the hotel too.
