The property is in a quiet location close to Mesaria which has some restaurants and shops and is only about a 10minute bus ride into Fira. Christina was very nice to upgrade us for 2 nights and the staff were very nice and polite. Plenty of breakfast options. Overall the stay was nice for a few days.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, beautiful sunrise view and nice plunge pool to relax. Very nice breakfast delivered daily. The staff were amazing, Christina and her team are really nice people and very helpful. Will definitely recommend this place.

A very great, clean, and comfortable place to stay. I can't speak high enough about the staff, too, who made our holiday perfect. You will feel like you're in your home with the hospitality.

The property was very nice, located in a quiet area. The stuff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

I wish there were some USB posts installed in the house. There could have been a bit more options for breakfast, especially for vegetarians. Also, perhaps a liquid hand wash.

the view and the hotel’s environment! The receptionist who took care of our stay was very nice! she knew quite well the island and helped us when we had a little problem! the Breakfast was good!

we were a bit disappointed with the room… didn’t have any kuttle or something hot to drink in the room. We had water the first day, but it was not refilled every day. We had to go to the bar to ask for water and had to pay for it. As there is not tap water on the island we would have expected at least on bottle of water every day. The bathroom was not really convenient… there was water everywhere after we showered. but other than that, the hotel was great!

From start to finish, our experience with Karat Suites was exceptional! We were greeted by the owner Jack when we arrived around midnight - he went through the island and the must see's and how we could fit as much in within our 4 day stay. I took Jack's number and we spoke daily - he helped with restaurants we should visit whilst we were out, arranged a sunset boat trip for us, arranged a private taxi to courier us around (Adonis was also fabulous - always there when we needed him and if he couldn't be, he would send another driver). Hotel room was very clean with a private pool, Yiota was brilliant! Dasy would bring us fresh breakfast every morning and more than once we had visits from the hotel staff bringing us complimentary drinks and snacks. We went to Mykonos following our stay in Santorini and were very deflated by our hotel there because of the high standard that we experienced with Karat Suites! I have sent the link to many of my friends and colleagues, because it was simply gorgeous with outstanding staff and customer services!

There is not one thing that I can complain about, the hotel was phenomenal.

Everything is perfect, i was welcome by Jack who very helpful. All of my questions was replied immediately through whatsapp. He helped us a lot. For the breakfast they prepared a lot of choice and it's really delicious. They also prepare you breakfast next to the pool if you want, that's an luxury experience. Location is also perfect and easy to catch bus or taxi, and very centered of the island.

Perfect place to stay if you have your own transport. Great staff, breakfast, apartment was very clean and spacious with awesome air conditioning. Bonus is to have that little splash pool to cool down in your own privacy.

My stay was absolutely amazing! Especially how kind and helpful the staffs were had made my journey so much easier.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. our room was very clean and the breakfast was lovely and tailored to our request. The two ladies where really friendly the one that drops off the breakfast in the morning and the cleaning lady.

the suites were only a couple of years old and still in as new condition, really nice comfortable modern interior, towels changed daily and full suite cleaned without fail. Really friendly helpful staff and your own plunge pool/ hot tub was a very nice touch. All in all would highly recommend.

Our suite was well equipped, immaculately clean with natural light and an efficient AC on the ground floor. We enjoyed every second spent onsite and especially our private swimming pool and terrace. Jack and the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel at home from the second we walked on the premises. Upon arrival, you are presented with a map of Santorini (Thira) and detailed explanations on the best places to visit, where to eat, and methods of getting around the Island if you do not rent a vehicle that we decided against at the last minute. An intelligent choice as Jack & Artemis (Santos Navigator Transfer & Tour Services) arranged our sightseeing tours and meals at authentic Greek restaurants. The Karat Suites offers you the majority of the items on the breakfast menu for free, and for an extra minimal charge, Daisy will also prepare you the paid items. Most people, however, will be more than satisfied with the included free daily breakfast menu items.

Very lovely place, perfect location too. Staff were very lovely & accommodating. Would 100% recommend
