Good size, close to town and slopes. Able to walk to both the base of the resort or to town.

Free ride Shuttle at the end of driveway to snowflake lift or the gondola, etc. four o’clock run home each night and if you are a skilled skier can ski to the elevator. Walk to town quick and easy. Place was clean for the most part and sufficed. Could use a deeper clean. Glad I had slippers. But I have super high standards, fyi. Master suite has the two queens so the now master bedroom shared bathroom access to guests/hallway. Only important if you need pull out sofa, which we did. Well stocked with cooking utensils etc Overall it was a nice place to stay, comfortable bedding etc. just a little dated/needing that extra mile. As a fellow owner of str property, I’d be upset that the deep clean to start the season wasn’t quite what it should be from the management company. But it’s a ski town. I’m sure not everyone treats things with the respect they should and that would be tough to keep after so many.

Wonderful stay!!! Perfect location and great condo. Only negative was you could easily hear the people upstairs. Other than that wonderful!

Great Western Breckenridge was fabulous!
The condo was clean and cozy. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed for preparing meals (minus the actual food). Would stay again.

It was a great location. The condo was a bit outdated and we had an issue with toilet and drain in shower. Provided these issues are fixed we would stay at the property again.

Great location, loved the loveseat rocker! Cozy and nice mountain decor. Has a few maintenance issues. Second bedroom shower slow in draining and the mattresses in both bedrooms are ready to be replaced, easy fixes. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Totally enjoyed our time in Breckenridge and how convenient it was to everything.

The condo was close to downtown and the ski lifts.
The condo has been updated in places but older in others. Its fine for a couple nights and the place was really clean. The view from the deck is nice and I recommend the fireplace on cold nights. Overall I'd give it a solid B+

Overall, condo was great. Few issues: guest bath toilet kept running until you lifted the flapper, no instructions on how to work the tv, portable fan needs to be replaced.

Terrific location and great view
We enjoyed a two night stay and couldn't have been more pleased. You can't beat the location, one block off main street! The place was clean and comfortable. I would book it again if I returned to Breckenridge.

The only negative thing is that you should not expect guests to drive from a propoerty (ours was Saw
Sawmill) back to the rental office. The summer traffic in Breck stinks and it's too much to ask for guests to have to drive to deliver keys when they are trying to get outa Dodge!

Great week in Breck
Very nice unit and a great location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. My only issue was that the unit only came with one parking pass and we had two vehicles. Overnight parking in Breck is expensive.

Wonderful Location, Spacious Condo
the base of this condo is the end of the trail for the 4 oclock run, also, 1 block from main street. we couldnt of chose a better location. very happy with the condo, not to impressed with the bedding, however it was very clean.

Nice place. The pictures online lead us to believe that we would have access to a pool. Otherwise we were happy with the place.

Breck trip
We loved our experience. Condo was just like pictures and everything was clean. Super cozy space and loved having views of mountains from the couch with the fireplace on. Location was awesome, walk to gondola and downtown breck. Will definitely return!
