It is a clean, well equipped and conveniently located property. It would not, however, be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as it is on the third floor and there is no lift.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The flat is however in need of some renovation. I think it was a bit overpriced, but I went during very high season.

Oliver did a great job as our contact person. He offers mich more service than only the appartment. All those available small things like toys for the kids, washing powder, toilet paper made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. And most of all: the appartment is very clean. All together, my wife, my two kids (3 and 1) and I had a great time there!

Nice location, all the services were nearby. Near the beach boulevard, but still quiet. Stayed here three weeks and really enjoyed.

Very happy to have found this property. Excellent location. Short walk to everything - beach, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Also an easy walk from Santa Catalina bus station (take line 60 from airport) and very close to the 45/47 bus lines stop. Friendly and responsive owners. Everything in the unit works fine. Lots of little extras that make staying there pleasant. Fast wifi. It's up a few flights of steps, but there are only three units in the building so it's fairly quiet.

Great apartment only a minute away from the beach. Juan the owner was very helpful and even contacted me after a couple of days to check everything was alright. The only downside is that the apartment is on the second floor of the block and there is no lift. That wasn't a problem for me but if you have mobility problems or small children it might be. Apart from this I would highly recommend Juan and the apartment
