Pocas casas en la comunidad ofrecen vistas a la playa y al océano. La casa mediterránea de dos pisos está completamente amueblada y con aire acondicionado, cuenta con cuatro habitaciones y 3 ½ baños. Las habitaciones duermen cómodamente 10 personas en cuatro camas queen-size y una cama king-size. Una cuna portátil, silla alta y dos colchones de aire de tamaño completo también están disponibles. Loved everything about this place! We were a party of 6 and the home had more than enough space for all of us. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor patio area was really nice to sit and play games and cook on the grill while watching the kids swim. We even had a couple of stray kitties visit. The view of the ocean from the top balcony was amazing! Our favorite thing was the beach! It was a really short walk to the beach and everyone had so much fun boogie boarding in the water and just soaking up the sunshine! We were close to several attractions. We took a ferry to Vieques where we spent time at Caracas beach. My son and husband did a fishing trip with 787 Fishing charter and had a wonderful experience. We checked out the shops and kiosks at Luquilla Beach. And we did a haywagon tour and horseback riding tour through Carabali Wish we had more time to spend there but alas we had to return back home to WI where the temps are not so nice. Thanks for the memories and sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beach was3 minutes away. Found live sand dollars & starfish. Kids could have spent 24/7 out there. Gentle waves, few people, lovely sunrises. Upper deck on house looked out on beach & palm trees. We could sit there, without bugs, for breakfast & dinner. Comfortable beds, large kitchen, plenty of large gathering places for family. So many beautiful places to visit on island: Vieques, El Yunque were places we loved. Loquillo Humacao Food Truck were fun! Want to come back & would love to return to the same place.

A castle on the sea with room for a small army. Clean, comfortable and well stocked with amenities and conveniences including a huge kitchen and a beast of a gas grill. The private backyard is amazing, especially the pool. Would definitely stay again. Arturo is a gracious and helpful host.

This amazing home was beyond our belief. The pictures do not do it justice. It was perfect for our family of 8 and as soon as you walked it you just felt like you were home. We spend most of our nice listening to music on the back porch or watching the sunset from the roof.
We explored and went to the nature reserve which is right next door. The beach was enjoyable, but we went a few miles down outside of Santiago where we were able to sit in the water with less waves and more relaxation.
Walmart was conveniently close and so was the restaurants where we enjoyed fresh seafood.
The catamaran trip about 30min away was the best day we had with beautiful turquoise waters and lots of snorkeling.
I highly recommend this place and Arturo was very helpful when we had questions.
We will be back!

Property was great. Local beach just steps away with boogie boards provided. Only megative was the outdoor tile at entrance and pool area was extremely slick when wet. Other than that, great host, love the neighborhood, and very easy process.

This was our peaceful oasis. We would wake up every morning to the beautiful sunshine and swim in the pool. The water was just perfect. The home was well stocked with all your needs. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs. It is centrally located to restaurants and the post office is right down the street in case you need to ship home when you overbuy like we did. I can't say enough about this home. It was very clean, well air conditioned, very well stocked. We would definitely stay again. Book this house - you won't be disappointed! Maria G.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. There was plenty of room to relax for our group of 7. We enjoyed the outdoor area with the pool and gazebo with a grill. Our kids enjoyed boogie boarding in the ocean just steps from the house.
Our host was very responsive & gave us great ideas on activities nearby & where to eat.

The house was great and very comfortable. It is spacious and well maintained. The pool, although small, is great to have. The neighborhood itself is somewhat rundown with a lot of the homes poorly maintained. The beach behind the neighborhood is not good. A lot of seaweed and debris washed up on the beach. Not a beach that can really be used. The location of the house on the eastern coast of Puerto Rico is good with easy access to Fajardo, Luquillo and El Yunque.

We went to Puerto Rico for a family trip, we were a group of 9. The property was amazing and big enough to be very comfortable, It's located in a very nice neighborhood "Villa Palmira". The beach wasn't good because there are a whole bunch of Sargasso, however the view is spectacular. Arturo who is the property owner, was very kind and helpful with so many recommendations. We rate this property 5 start plus.

This house is truly amazing! The backyard is set up perfect for relaxation and enjoying company! The beach is just a short walk from the house! The Balcony upstairs has a great view of the ocean! Our host was the best to work with! The house is equipped with everything you can want or need! This is a must rental! We will definitely stay again!

The home was incredible and our family enjoyed the pool and all the accommodations were beyond our expectations. The home was very clean and all four bedrooms accommodated all 11 of us comfortably and very roomy. Our host recommended many sights to see and several restaurants which were outstanding. The home is in a gated area which made it very safe and the ocean was just 300 feet away. We highly recommend this VRBO home. The upper balcony with the view of the ocean and surrounding area was breath taking. The kids enjoyed the pool every day which was their favorite. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Puerto Rico.

Beautiful home steps from a secluded beach next to Humacao Nature Preservation. Convenient to Ceiba Ferry, San Juan, and El Yunque Rain Forest. The backyard is perfect with a pool/with waterfall, peaceful backyard. The house is amazing, spacious, and well taken care of. The host was very responsive and gave us a lot of great recommendations. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The backyard pool was small but perfect for the kids and had great seating for the adults. The beach is about a 1-2 minute walk from the house. The kids loved boogie boarding (there were 2 at the house and we bought and left 2 additional boards). The house is well equipped with beach chairs, an easy to setup canopy, coolers, pool floats, dishes, utensils, extra bedding, beach towels, etc). The beach did have some seaweed but we didn't find this overly bothersome and it didn't stop us from going to the beach everyday. There are many nearby restaurants, fast food options, and grocery stores and even a Super Walmart. We had a question for the owner and he responded within 5 minutes! I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great spot! Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Enjoyed the close proximity of the beach and then having the pool option for the hottest part of the day when some of the group wanted some shade. Easy to get to stores and restaurants close by for groceries, etc. Highly recommend la pescadaria restaurant as a great spot to get some good food and listen to live music.

We loved our stay in Humacao, we would all go back in a heartbeat. We had a large group of 9 adults and we had plenty of space for sleeping, eating and finding some quiet spots away from the group. Very clean and spacious home with character, and amenities that made our stay more fun.
The house has beach chairs, coolers, plenty of dishes and everything you need to make your own meals. There are two grocery stores a short drive away.
Our favorite places in the house were the roof patio with seating for all and the outside garden by the pool. We ate most of our meals outside, looking at the incredible ocean views.
We found Humacao a short drive to the ferry, El Yunque, San Juan and all the sights we wanted to see.
This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and it was so much fun, can't wait to visit again.

This property is stunning and the host does everything to make sure you have a great time enjoying all the Puerto Rico has to offer. Villa Palmira is ideally situated on the beach in Humacao PR. Easy access to restaurants and shopping, easy commute to Old San Juan and other key attractions. We had a family party of 6. Me and my spouse, 3 adult children, and my preteen grandchild. The accomodations were more than ample. The pictures per the listing understate the beauty, luxury of the villa.

The pictures online do no justice! This house is phenomenal in person. Arturo gave such great recommendations on everything from restaurants to beaches and also he told us where not to go. I have rented plenty of times but haven’t had such great communication with property owners as we did with Arturo. We will definitely be back again. Viva Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 you will not be disappointed in selecting this home for your vacation.

There were 3 couples on this vacation and this house worked great. Its very spacious and beautiful and gave us the vacation vibe we were seeking. AC in every room, the pool was lovely, and the outdoor seating area got a lot of use. Arturo was a wonderful host, promptly answering any question we had. We even forgot a set of ear pods and he graciously offered to mail them to us!
The only reason we gave the property 4 stars instead of 5 is because the beach was not usable. This isn't the property owners fault but we were planning on being able to walk to the beach from the house and enjoy the ocean. I don't know if its like this all the time or if it was the time of year but the beach is strewn with large logs/wood brought in from the ocean, lots of garbage brought in from the surf including a car tire, and a lot of seaweed and bugs. This was not a beach you could comfortably lounge on or enjoy your time in the water. Instead, we packed up the car and drove to Luquillo or Fajardo beaches, each of which is a 35-40 minute drive. These beaches were nice but it did not meet our expectation of being able to walk back and forth from the beach to the house. However, it seems like much of the coastline is like this unless you're at a designated "beach" so not sure if it would be different renting a different property.
The house is close to town with shopping for anything you might need. We enjoyed dinners in nearby Naguabo that had a local vibe and really good food - the best we had in PR. Many of the restaurants overlook the ocean and the sunset was breathtaking.
The house itself was wonderful. Very comfortable, beautiful artwork, lots of room to socialize or spend some time alone all at the same time. It was obvious that the property owner designed the layout and amenities with guests in mind and its very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay, we had fun, and would recommend this property.

It is truly an awesome place of refuge and peace filled with everything you could possibly need to have an amazing vacation without ever leaving the home if you wish. But should you wish to explore Puerto Rico, and I hope you do, this home’s awesome host, Arturo, provides excellent suggestions for things to do and restaurants to try. Every place he recommended was outstanding! We were traveling with our three adult children and their spouses and plus ones and the house was definitely large enough to easily accommodate all of us. There is a beach a short walk away from the house and the pool at the home is awesome as well. The house is perfectly located as a base for taking day trips to multiple day special day trips to El Yunque, Culebra, Vieques, Fajardo, San Juan, and more. I could go on and on about how wonderful everything was, but instead let me just say, if you are looking for a great place to stay with your friends or family for a priceless week spending time together, look no further than this beautiful home with it's amazing and responsive host. We were beyond impressed with this property, everything was as described or even better! The house is incredibly spacious, welcoming, and accommodated our entire family. The pool is amazing (with a waterfall) and only a short walk to the beach or a short drive to other beach areas. The host was very gracious and always available to answer questions or to provide additional information about the villa or pointers on the local area. A definite must stay!

Beautiful home, wonderful host!
If I could give responsiveness of host 6 stars I would. The benefit of this location is the host's attention to detail, friendliness, and openness to sharing knowledge. Arturo's suggestions from restaurants to tours to activities were top notch and saved us a lot of time while traveling. It was almost like having your own local tour guide of a large hotel but with the independence of vrbo stay.
The home itself is beautiful and spacious. We appreciated the two washer/ dryers. The kitchen has plenty of tools. Given the seaweed as mentioned in previous reviews, the beach outside the home is not really suitable for "hanging out" but the waves and noise of the ocean are easily appreciated from the home and your room. A more sandier beach is located nearby in Fajardo. Overall we had a wonderful time and would love to return!

Family vacation
What an amazing property! The listing was spot on! The beach, pool, and house were amazing! We were so surprised to find the house fully stocked with things like boogie boards, beach towels, etc!
Our family of 11, ages ranging from 86 to 6 had a great time. Arturo was super helpful and kind. We only had one small issue and when I contacted him through text and immediately took care of it!
Thank you for allowing us to borrow your home and make memories with my family that will last a life time!

This is just information and not a reflection of the property! We were able to travel pretty easily to other beaches. Getting into the property was easy and felt safe because it is gated. The town nearby has some basic shopping and selection of restaurants but not much else.

My family rented this property because of its handicap accessibility. The house can be entered easily, but the downstairs restrooms are not handicap accessible.

There is tons of space for a large family in this house! There are plenty of areas for smaller groups to hang out, and the pool area is absolutely wonderful!

We were pretty disappointed that the beach was completely covered in sea weed so we didn’t actually get to use it, but that’s probably a seasonal thing? I’m not sure. The kitchen was fully stocked and we really loved the 2 sets of washer and dryers that allowed us to easily do laundry with our big group. Arturo was extremely easy to get ahold of and very responsive. The first day we had no power because a transformer exploded in humacao and power was out everywhere. He was very helpful making sure we had batteries for the lanterns and keeping in contact with updates from the power company. The power came back on that night and everything was great from there. There were sand toys and beach towels and lots of sunscreen available. There were air conditioning units in each room that blow ice cold and the view from the balcony is unbeatable. You will love your stay here

Relaxing Tropical Retreat
Our first family vacation in PR. It was low key and relaxing. The house was clean, well stocked and very spacious. The kitchen has everything, including a spacious fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. The presence of two sets of Washer/Dryer units was great. The house has two TVs with standard OTT apps (netflix) and various music playback options (bose) in several rooms...making down time available for everyone in the house. Each living area/bedroom had an individual split system which made the house very comfortable throughout the day. The rear garden/pool/patio area is very lush/tropical - complete with a covered dining area, open dining area and numerous chaise lounges. There was, in the house behind, the occasional dog barking during the day and/or evening but not overnight. Visitors will become very familiar with the "unofficial mascot" of PR - the coqui frog - whose call sounds more like a bird than a frog. These frogs, present all over PR, are also prevalent in Hawaii. The waterfall pool feature was a relaxing backdrop. The house includes the necessary beach and pool amenities (chairs, towels and toys). The beach is a very short walk from the front door...close enough that you can hear the water/waves 24/7. The gated neighborhood is very close to big name amenities like Chilis, Walmart and Home Depot. There are a few local restaurants just outside this secure neighborhood. We also found an EXCELLENT Spanish restaurant 10 minutes away - across from Walmart - Bocata by Campillo. We dined there several times and the food/flavor never waned. They also have a well stocked bar and wine selection. We did a group walking tour of Old San Juan, a day trip on a catamaran (Tobias out of Fajardo) for snorkeling off another island and a quick solo hike to El Hippie (Naguabo) on the south side of El Yunque. All MUSTS in our book. The location of this house made such trips accessible without spending more than 50 minutes in drive time. Our host was very helpful and ALWAYS available/attentive. I would recommend this house to my friends/family.

Beautiful house in a private setting.
We arrived at the house without too much problems. GPS seems to have trouble in Puerto Rico. The host left a pin which I followed on Google maps which helped a lot. Arrived at property and it was clean and spacious. Our party was 9, with plenty of room left over. Walked to end of the road to a private untouched beach loaded with sand dollars and starfish. The palms were full of fresh coconuts that the kids enjoyed opening and eating. It was hard to decide if we wanted to use the pool or the beach. What a great place. Highly recommend.

This was not our first stay in Puerto Rico, but it was our first stay in this rental and it did not disappoint! We had a huge group of 14 family members, and although we knew space would be limited, we were pleasantly surprised that this home managed to accommodate us all without incident. We chose this home for its size and proximity to the beach, and we truly enjoyed every second of our trip. Arturo quickly and patiently responded to all of my questions before and during our stay, and quite honestly was one of the friendliest hosts I’ve ever spoken to. We weren’t familiar with this area as we typically stay in Luquillo, but he offered a plethora of recommendations for everything from groceries to zip lining. The little restaurants just outside the neighborhood were a delight, as was the Nature Preserve adjacent to the neighborhood. If you are looking for a huge, private home on the beach, do not hesitate to book this one!
