El nivel principal de esta casa cuenta con una espaciosa sala de estar y comedor de concepto abierto completo con sofá envolvente, TV de pantalla plana, chimenea de gas y techos de pino con 3 luces de cielo que permiten que la luz natural fluya a través de la casa. Desde la sala de estar y el comedor se puede acceder a la terraza mediante grandes puertas corredizas de vidrio. La terraza ofrece un área de comedor al aire libre y parrilla de gas, perfecta para cenar al aire libre o mirar las estrellas durante la noche. La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluye un armario de despensa para espacio de almacenamiento adicional, lavavajillas, estufa de gas, cafetera Keurig de una sola porción, tetera, ollas, sartenes, platos, cubiertos, cristalería, etc. También en el nivel principal encontrará un amplio dormitorio con 2 camas queen, TV y un gran armario y un baño completo para invitados con ducha.

The location is perfect and exactly what we wanted. Check in process was easy and questions during our stay were answered quickly. We left an expensive item behind by mistake and it was retrieved immediately and will be shipped to us. We found that the home wasn't as clean as we'd expect with a $200 cleaning fee per rental. Carpeting was stained. Couches were worn and even torn in places. Some of the decor was very dusty and even had cobwebs on it. Having to visit the dump to get rid of trash and pay per bag is very inconvenient.But overall our stay was great.

Overall cleanliness not great. Bathrooms and beds were clean, but cheetos under microwave (we had to move it to retrieve something), wrapper in upstairs bedroom, interior draws (flatware tray) dirty. Knick knacks are great if they're dusted regularly. Living room sectional should be replaced (stained, pilling, worn).

Great location right around the corner from the water! Cars drive a little fast on the road so have to keep and eye out definitely wouldn't want kids walking alone on it. Property was not very clean when we arrived but we dealt with it after finding the vacuum and cleaners. Basement is musty but after a couple days of the windows open we enjoyed the pingpong game and foozeball. Close to Conway and shops and restaurants.

We rented Bearadise Lodge this year and couldn’t have been happier with the house or it’s location. It’s a very short (less than five minutes down the hill) walk to Little Pea Porridge Pond and driving distance to the other four beaches in Eidelweiss. The house is well appointed and has a lovely cozy feeling. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids loved the ping pong table and the various stuffed animals located throughout the decor. The kitchen is probably the best we’ve ever been in, with a gas range, plenty of space for storage and lots of pots, pans, and dish ware. We were so happy we booked next year’s stay mid week! You won’t be disappointed with this rental.

This was our second visit and we had a great time! There was an issue with the shelf in the refrigerator before we arrived and they showed up as we were unpacking. He was very pleasant and took care of it quickly. Courtney is always such a pleasure to deal with, we'll be back next year again.

We loved Bearadise Lodge! It was very well stocked, spacious and clean. The beach was right around the corner. The whole family enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back next summer. Courtney was a pleasure to deal with and will definitely recommend her and Select Real Estate to family and friends.
