Studio apartment with private entrance attached to main house. Nicely furnished modern unit, very clean, complete kitchen, comfortable king plus size bed, good lighting, good closet space. strong AC ,Great TV with 200 channels. Wifi was good. Very secure property with strong door locks and locking front gate to the street. Good location, very nice quiet residential neighborhood, 1 block to corner store or bar. 3 blocks to Excito supermarket with ATM, and taxi and bus stop. Property is owned and maintained by a very nice family who made my stay very enjoyable.

Cool water shower , is not a problem during the heat of day; but if your showering at night it is a little more refreshing than I would prefer at that time of day. This was a very small issue in the my enjoyable stay here.

The biggest bed you will ever see in an apartment. There were all basic amenities and the hosts could speak English which helped a lot for us non - Spanish speakers with guidance. The hosts also organised a taxi for us to drop us at the airport at 3am and at 30000pesos was very well priced. On the website it says there is no WiFi but this was not true. The entire apartment is quite isolated from the hosts and allows a lot of privacy.

The only problem we had was with the toilet. It felt a bit cramped with the closet right under a very small sink. Surely very uncomfortable for anyone above 160cm high.
