The house was awesome, I would highly recommend to family and friends. Great location with lots of amenities not to far from the house and the best part was the walking distance to the beach! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at the end of June 2023, and had a great visit. The location is excellent, in walking distance to many places including restaurants, coffee, shops, the grocery store, and the beach. The place was updated and clean and had all major appliances. Central heating and air works really well, as well as the laundry machines. The kitchen is basically brand new. Would recommend the bedroom with a queen be up graded to a king-size bed, and some baby proofing put in, so we did not have to do it ourselves. We also recommend black-out curtains be added, although the windows did have your basic venetian blinds and curtains, but we like it extra dark, so we brought our own. But obviously these are nice to haves, and all features were explained in the photos and descriptions. We had a great visit and recommend to others.

We would go back. Convenient location with ice cream, pizza, few restaurants within walking distance for young teenagers.

My husband and 2 kids (8 and 10) stayed for a long weekend. The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen and new appliances which was nice because we actually ended up doing some meals in! The ONLY complaints I have: Beds werent super comfy. and it was kinda loud at times in terms of people staying above on the 2nd floor. However, all things considered I would recommend the property and stay again

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was the perfect size for our long weekend visit with our 1 year old. Everything was very clean and functioned without issue. Location can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway!
My family and I had such a great time during our stay here! The house was clean and had everything you would need. Great restaurants, shopping and things to do in walking distance and can’t forget to mention that you’re only steps away from a nice and quiet beach. Our 2 year old had a blast and we will definitely be looking to come back next year!

A Relaxing Week at LBI
My husband and I really enjoyed our week at this rental. We are hoping to be able to come back next summer. The rental is only four houses away from the beautiful beach and was clean and well furnished. We stayed in the bottom unit and enjoyed spending some time on the covered porch. We had a wonderful week!

Great location, steps from the beach and the bay!
Clean and everything we needed for one adult and two teens! It was very cold during our stay, but we still managed a "polar plunge" over to the sand bar and luxuriated in hot outdoor showers on our return. And every night we walked down to the bay for beautiful sunsets too.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for 2-3 couples, and the location couldn’t be better. 50 yards from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the bay! Make sure to bring towels, there aren’t any there. Would definitely recommend!

This house is perfect for a family. Beach block, walking to restaurants and entertainment yet quiet neighborhood. Beautiful wide, spacious beaches. Will come again!

Great little place!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week down the shore. The rental was everything we expected. Great location, nicely kept and everything we needed. Close to beach, on a very quiet street but also walking distance to pizza, coffee, bakery and ice cream!

Decent duplex in great location
Pros
-Perfect location - 30 seconds to beach; one block from grocery; multiple restaurants, ice cream shops and mini golf within easy walking distance. Kids biked all over and we felt like they were safe.
-Quiet street (even though you’re close to everything)
-Recently updated duplex w plenty of room and nice finishes
-Really great front porch w nice outdoor furniture and dining table - we lucked out w mild weather and spent most of our time on the porch.
Cons
-Cleaning crew did not do the best job upon arrival - Cheerios on floor, a few dirty dishes put back in cabinet
-We stayed in bottom unit and upstairs tenants were pretty loud at times (a risk we knew we were taking).
-Only bathroom is small (no counter space).
- Would suggest putting more outdoor rugs (or some sort of barrier) on the porch floor of the top unit - lots of sand and dirt fell between the cracks from the upstairs porch down on us.
Restaurants to try: Panzones (can see it from the house) has great pizza and decent cheese steaks; Boulevard Clams is great for fried seafood and 2 blocks away; Woodies further south is perfect for a quick burger.

Absolutely Perfect
Loved this little place. It was everything I was looking for. Beach is gorgeous!! Walking distance to a market, pizza shop, bake shop, Italian market etc.
I would definitely stay again!!
