Everything was so clean, organized and the decor of the condo was perfect. Several evenings we had the pool to ourselves and the pool water temperature for April was nice and warm. Communication with the owner was prompt. Great experience!

My husband and I had such a wonderful time in Islamorada. Tracee was so accommodating! The condo was absolutely perfect. It was spotless! All the furniture was new and the bedding was as soft as can be. The Pool area was great as well. There was nothing better then getting up each morning and enjoying the sunrise in lounge chairs enjoying our coffee. We did a Tarpon charter right out of Bud N Mary’s fishing marina. We just walked right over. It was so easy and fun! We also ate breakfast at Moe‘s. The food was as great as the owners! We also rented our own boat at A1A boat rentals. Tracee told us about them. They couldn’t have been more accommodating! We highly recommend that! Our two favorite restaurants were Chef Michael’s. And Pierres. Both excellent! With such an amazing trip!! Thank you again Tracee! Our new favorite place.

First of all, this place was very clean and accommodating! There was easy access into the gated community and the other residents were all very nice and helpful. The views were spectacular! The condo was comfortable and well decorated! There were good vibes all around! My wife and I would highly recommend a stay at this location!

Unit is super clean! Owner is very responsive. I would recommend this to all. It’s in a great, quiet location. Pool and ocean view are great! We will stay here again.

Wonderful condo with amazing hosts. A place where you can watch the sunrise from the pool deck and the sunset from your private balcony. Within walking distance of top restaurants. Quiet and peaceful. Home away from home feeling. All new furniture, comfortable bed, and beach/water accessories. Look forward to returning again in the future. Would definitely recommend making this your little vacation spot if you like the slower pace, tranquil island atmosphere, and beautiful landscape. Thank you

My husband and I were very satisfied with the condo! The furnishings were beautiful and the condo was clean and well kept! While the view of the ocean/ bay was minimal from the balcony, it was still a decent view of palm trees!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. We had a great time in Islamorada and the location was perfect. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

Absolutely immaculate and comfortable. Above and beyond our expectations. Tracee is #1. Available and accommodating. Property is close to outstanding restaurants and activities. Pool, hot tub, property are perfect. Fell in love with Islamorada!!!

Lazy Days next door to The Palms is really good. Midway Cafe down the road north of the property is a great place for breakfast & lunch. Robbies is just over the bridge past the property going south. It’s a neat place to shop, eat & feed the tarpon...but the Pelicans actually get more I think. Lol Overall it has been a great week & we are looking forward to coming back soon! This condo was exactly what we were looking for. We had a great time in Islamorada and the location was perfect. The condo was clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed.

My wife and I loved this property. Tracee and Matt's condo is just what we needed for our stay in Islamorada. You can tell that they love their unit. The pictures do not do it justice. The bed was so comfortable. It pretty much had everything we needed for our stay. What we didn't have we could grab at Publix which was about five minutes north. The property is pretty much in the middle of Islamorada so it's a short drive to great restaurants, great fishing charters or just doing nothing...and all you have to do at the end of the day is walk out to the balcony to watch the sunset. Disregard the earlier post where someone commented about road noise and not the best view when sitting on the balcony. The view is perfect and the "road noise" goes away while enjoying the view. Thanks again, Tracee and Matt, for opening up your condo!

Beautiful and well maintained home. Comfortable bed, comfortable everything. Beautiful Sunset right there from the balcony! Definitely recommend staying here. It will not disappoint you!

Very comfortable for two. Nice location on the island. Not the best view and road noise when sitting on the balcony. Otherwise very quiet. Pool and hot tub nice. Owners accommodating.

Nice swimming pool with gorgeous ocean views and hot tub . If you like there is a great restaurant ( Lazy Days ) next door that you can walk to . Tracee is a great host that loves her condo dearly . Very quiet place. Clean and relaxing after a long day on the boat. Walked to Bud and Mary’s for quick breakfast. Bed very comfortable and pull out couch very nice. Unit on 4 th flour but easy access and they have carts to help you move in your supplies.

Our stay was wonderful . The condo was beautiful and in a great location.

Enjoyed our stay. Condo is extremely clean and like new.
