Este es un nuevo alquiler de vacaciones que hemos estado construyendo durante la mayor parte de 2017. Construido en el pintoresco condado de Winneshiek en el hermoso noreste de Iowa, hemos creado un lugar increíble para que disfrutes. Esto es en 13 acres boscosos PRIVADOS que usted y su familia pueden caminar, jugar en el arroyo alimentado por la primavera, caminar por los senderos sombreados y disfrutar de toda la gloria de la naturaleza, incluyendo flores silvestres, aves, pavos y ciervos. Hay 3 dormitorios, dos privados y un altillo con dos camas tamaño queen y un baño / tocador. The cabin was great! It had everything you you need and want for a vacation stay. Plenty of room for inside and outside activities. It was a quiet and secluded location. If you’re looking for a nice little retreat, this is the place! Owners were very nice and had good communication on questions I had. 10/10 would stay again!

We stayed here for our leadership team quarterly focus days. There were 7 of us, and all of us instantly said we would love to stay here again with family or friends for the weekend sometime. Campfire under the stars was awesome, plentiful wood provided. Secluded andvgreat place to view stars on a clear night.
There were a few hiccups - we didn't communicate that we would need 7 separate places to sleep for eaxh of us and used the extra cabin space not knowing we weren't supposed to and one of us had to sleep on the couch. It also wasnt super clear that the upstairs bathroom in the loft isn't totally private so we really only had one bath for all 7 of us which wasnt ideal. We brought food to grill but the grill had a mouse in it and was rusted. We should have brought more cooking utensils and frying pans as we were eating food we brought most of the stay.
Overall this is a lovely place to stay! We had specific needs that most wouldn't have and this place would be ideal for a quiet get away. Especially in the fall! Very close to Decorah for dinner or activities!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! The amenities exceeded our expectations from the views, the large, private property, the porch and fire pit. It was cozy & comfortable for our family of 5- we’re planning to book again next year! Perfect location, close drive to Decorah and other sites in the area.

From the moment we drove onto the property we were in love. Beautiful and well manicured property. Quiet and serene. Walk into the house and the beauty continues. It was maculate, the woodwork was gorgeous, the pictures, witty sayings, all decor was well presented and appropriate. The hostess was very communicative with all needed information in advance. There are lots of games, lots of wood for campfires and materials to help get it started. A TV in every room though we had no interest in such. Amazing respite. Will be recommending to others and will most likely return in the future.

This was a nice hidden property to be enjoyed. Secluded and quiet. Very well kept up and clean. Loved the hummingbirds and the cabin overall. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I just loved this property. Such a peaceful, relaxing place. The cabin is laid out perfectly. The humming birds made the porch area so fun. We really enjoyed the firepit, as well as the trails around the property. Can't say enough about how amazing this property was! Look forward to visiting again in the future.

Beautiful home with everything you need for your stay. The nights were beautiful and we loved all the birds and nature. Short drive to Dekorah and other spots for hiking and kayaking. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful cabin, clean, has everything you need and has total privacy. The property feels like a nature preserve with extensive walking paths and a pond with a small island. Everyone enjoyed exploring the property and walking out to the island. Lots of neat seating areas outside. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay for all.

Close to several towns but you still feel like you are in the middle of nowhere!! Enjoyed sitting out on the deck every morning enjoying my coffee. Was able to see wildlife, there’s many trails you are able to walk on. The only thing that would of made the stay absolutely perfect would be a hot tub 😉
The owners were very attentive and the cabin stocked better than most I’ve stayed at. We will definitely be back to stay again!!

Our family is in love with this cabin and location! Inside is cozy with plenty of space for our family, and outside gives us a chance to stand by the fire and take walks around the property. Great communication with hosts, as always!

We stayed for the weekend of our wedding and it was the perfect place for the girls the night before and to get ready at. We took all our wedding pictures here and it was the most beautiful background with a fresh blanket of snow. The cabin had almost everything we could have needed, it did not have any shampoo or conditioner, which wasn’t a super big deal, just would have been useful. Other than that it was a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Perfect cabin for our Friendsgiving! Great space to play board games, cook and talk. We really enjoyed walking the trail on the property and the birds! They were everywhere, we even saw a rare woodpecker.

The property was absolutely stunning! We stayed for our wedding and had the most amazing time! There is no shortage of spots to have beautiful pictures and the area is so secluded and quiet for a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning! The owners were amazing and met every one of needs! Definitely a must see!

The cabin was exactly as described and perfect for a weekend away. Kristine was attentive and helpful. The peaceful sounds and wildlife outside were the best part of our stay. We brought our two toddlers and the cabin was safe for them to crawl around and watch deer out the windows! Will absolutely return the next time we are in the area.
