I stayed here over Christmas to be closer to my family and enjoy some peace and relaxation. The house was exactly as advertised. It was immaculate with a beautiful view and a modern kitchen. I bet it would be even more amazing in the summer! The property manager was thoughtful and responsive. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was perfect! The house was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and the neighborhood was quite (but still within walking distance to several restaurants).We sat outside in the evenings, enjoying the waterfront view and firepit. The host was very communicative and even let us check in early at no extra charge. Best VRBO we've every stayed at!

We loved our stay at the house. The location was perfect, the view overlooking the bay was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the house was well stocked. Even a rabbit in the yard :) It was close to Newport where we were attending a wedding our daughter was in. Many great restaurants nearby. The host kept in contact with us daily. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage!! We loved sitting on the back deck with the fire pit on while looking out at the cove. It's not far from Newport and we drove there everyday. Such a cute tiny house that's decorated in a beachy theme!! We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for the weekend with my parents and this was a lovely cottage with a great view of the water. The property looks just like the photos and the kitchen has everything you would need. The patio set up behind the house was a perfect spot to enjoy the view. The host was super responsive and made sure we settled in ok. The location was also great, about 20 minutes away from Newport where there is lots to do!

We enjoyed our stay. Was there for a wedding and the place was very clean with a great view. The only reason I took a star away is that the I didn't realize how small the place was. Was a little cramped for 4 large adults. Shower and bathroom overall was tiny.

Amazing views, easy to drive to tourist destinations, great communication with host! She has a binder with local recommendations for everything. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone!

We were only in town for a couple of days and this cottage was perfect. The view was amazing ans several local restaurants located nearby. We enjoyed getting food to go and dining on the back deck. Very clean and kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities.

My family and I had a wonderful week at the Cove Cottage, kayaking, enjoying meals out on the deck, and relaxing in the beautiful surroundings. Our hosts were also extremely helpful and communicative. We can't wait to come back!

We have long been going to the Portsmouth/Tiverton area of RI and this year wanted to check out a new property. We couldn't stop patting ourselves on the back for choosing this one! The cottage was exactly as described. Everything was very clean; the facilities were modern (excellent wi-fi!); and the location was so convenient to a variety of restaurants. The bathroom is a bit snug, as are the bedrooms but this did not detract from our experience at all. Perfect accommodations for a couple looking for a peaceful get-away.

What a great cottage and awesome location. Everything was meticulously thought out and supplied, from the kitchen to the fire pit. Host, Noelle, was great to work with during our 2 week visit. We will be back next Summer!

House is adorable, cove view is amazing. Great location. You can tell Coastal wants you too enjoy your stay. Only small comments would be bring extra pillow cases(we had two for 4 pillows) salt, pepper,sugar and cream and coffee pods.small ant issue that coastal will be addressing. Great place

Awesome location with great views, very quite neighborhood. Outside patio was great for coffee in the morning. Little cute house with all essentials for a vacation. Very clean, great communication with the property manager.

This truly is a little gem on Blue Bill Cove. The cottage was immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with anything we might need. Noelle was quickly responsive with a couple questions we had when we first arrived. Our family particularly enjoyed sitting around the (gas) campfire in the evenings and watching the tide come in and roasting marshmallows. The last night we were there was windy with heavy rain and we really enjoyed the indoor (gas) fireplace and cozy ambiance it created. The cottage was nicely located in a central area to several day trips we had planned to surrounding areas. Clean-up was easy when it was time to go. All in all, our stay was wonderful.

My husband and I spent a long weekend at this beautiful property! It is perfect for couples, small families or a group of girlfriends. The views of the water are beautiful - I’d love to come back in warmer weather to take full advantage.
Just a short drive from downtown Newport, it’s a great location to relax but still have access to town. The house was immaculate and had everything you need for a getaway. The heated floors in the bathroom were a great touch on this chilly fall weekend! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Cove Cottage this past weekend, my husband, daughter and her significant other. The pictures don’t do the cottage justice, it is so bright and you immediately see the great view of the cove. We took full advantage of the fire pit every night, the privacy fence adds a barrier against some wind. There location is perfect, we spent time in Newport before check-in, there are so many great restaurants in the area from Flo’s Clam Shack to 15 Point Rd. Also before to try Railway Express for an awesome experience and a chance to see an amazing sunset. We will definitely be staying at Cove Cottage again next year, we already miss it!!!

We booked this last minute after a reservation in Newport was cancelled by a different VRBO owner. Although we’d planned to stay in Newport, this ended up being a perfect alternate plan. Great location and with good local restaurants and an easy drive into Newport. The house itself was very clean and comfortable and watching the sunrise over the cove was beautiful! Excellent communication with the owner and easy check in/check out process. Definitely recommend!

We so enjoyed our stay at this Island Park gem! Right on the water, we had the pleasure of kayaking, watching boats, seeing the sun sparkle, and just enjoying the peace of being directly on the water. The neighborhood is quiet and there are local places to eat or grab coffee, all within walking distance. I enjoyed running along the water in the morning. The location is conveniently close to highway access so you can get anywhere you want to go easily. Noelle, the owner, is super responsive, warm, friendly, and easy to deal with. 😊 The property has everything that you need. We will definitely be back! ❤️

This house was a great little home base while we explored the area. Very comfy furniture, nice kitchen area, perfect for two people. We were able to launch our kayaks right into the cove and then hang out on the patio when we returned. We really loved being able to walk to a bunch of local restaurants and then walk on the beach after dinner.

Perfect house for us to stay. Within walking distance of beaches, great restaurants in town and a short drive to other places such as Bristol, and Newport.
Having the cove just off of the back deck and access to kayaks was wonderful. We met some very friendly neighbors. The owner, Noelle, was so helpful, friendly and could not more accomodating. Her assistane made our vacation experience even better than we had hoped for.
We highly recommend the cottage for a wonderful vacation stay..

This cottage met and exceeded all our expectations! It was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well organized, beds were super comfy! We so enjoyed our deck time looking at the most beautiful views of the bay, boaters and kayakers. We did not kayak but if we did, this is a perfect home to rent! Noelle was fabulous — great communication - and responsive to any questions we had. Would we definitely rent again when the time is right. Thank you Noelle for sharing your lovely cottage!

Our family of 3, including a 14 month old, had a wonderful stay here! The property matched the description, great communication by the owner, comfortable and clean, and such a beautiful view of the cove. It's appreciated that the owner put together a binder of information ranging from restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, etc. - very helpful. For those traveling with a little one that requires a pack and play, both bedrooms have enough space to comfortably place a pack and play. We would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect House
This property is perfect. My daughter and son in law stayed in this house for my other daughter's wedding. Location in Portsmouth was great for the toddler and it was close to the Bristol wedding.

Wonderful Getaway
We had a lovely stay at this very nice, comfortable, quiet, and super-clean little cottage. The view is great and there's a spectacular bike path in nearby Bristol. There's also lot's of great dining options in the area.

Quaint cottage
We enjoyed our mini getaway in Rhode Island! The cottage was exactly what we expected and the pictures are accurate. Noelle, was very responsive with our questions about the area. You can walk to restaurants, beach area, coffee house etc. It’s such a cute little town to explore. Perfect location to explore Newport and other areas in RI. We loved our view of the water each day. Noelle left us a bottle of wine which was a very thoughtful touch. Two adults fit very comfortably in this cottage.

Our stay at the property was amazing!! The house is even more beautiful in person. We were so so glad we chose Blue Cove to stay for our 5 day trip! The house is so clean and has everything included that a traveler would need (even a binder with everything that is local!) The waterfront view is spectacular, with views from one of the bedrooms and the living room- truly breathtaking. We LOVED sitting out on the porch during the day and at night looking at the water and relaxing (you can see one of the bridges across the cove that lights up at night, which was so pretty). Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage with us!! We are hoping to plan another trip as soon as we can!! Highly recommend staying at this property- also only 20 minutes from Newport!
