the unit had quite a few repairs that needed to be done upon our arrival, but the staff took care of very expediantly. we love the ability to have extra cleaning and towels as i too am on vacation. i did not know until the end that we could have requested the storm shutters to be unlocked which would have been WONDERFUL and i will know next time. the ONLY complaint was the lack of ice which we also discovered at the end how to resolve. we WILL be back. ty for sharing your property.

The Galleon is the perfect location -- close to Duval Street and the harbor walk but just enough removed to be quieter. Awesome pool and marina. 6 of us stayed in the unit with room to spare. We used the balcony overlooking the marina a lot. The unit is really nice, although it is starting to show some wear and tear here and there and may feel a little bit dated to some. For us, it was perfect! We would stay here every time we come to KW if we could.

The property was just as described online and the pictures were accurate. The communication with the owner was timely and thorough. He was extremely helpful with any questions and concerns. The condo was clean and spacious and the view was incredible. Location was perfect and walkable

This was our first stay at the Galleon Resort. We have stayed in several locations in the Key West historic district in the past. By far, this is the best location. Our unit had a marina view. Get up early and watch the sunrise. In the evening, walk around to the NW deck area by the pool, or the observation deck to watch the awesome sunsets without the crowds. The resort is within walking distance of 90% of anything you may want to do in Key West. We highly recommend this resort.

Unit could really use more outlets. Also there was only 1 little hair dryer which was inadequate. Otherwise we LOVE this unit.

We had a really great time staying in the Galleon Resort property that we found on vrbo. It accommodated our entire family and that was two families (with kids) and an 83 year old grandmother staying in the separate attached suite. The place was terrific for our view overlooking the harbor (great sunsets and some manatee sightings), the tropical bar and swim beach on site, and the location so close to the boardwalk going all around the harbor and then some. If you're into the bar thing it's an extremely short walk to Duval and all the fun that can be had in that regard. We really enjoyed our stay and for a large group of us, it couldn't be beat.

This was a great place to stay for 3 couples. We all had nice private space. The shared space was nice to hang out in. It was easy to walk everywhere we needed to go in Key West!

Great spot near Duvall, but far enough away to be relaxing. Pool is a nice size. Staff are helpful and friendly. One of the best features is the oversized balcony, I could sit there for days!!

This was our second time renting this condo and it did not disappoint. The location and the spacious accommodations are a big deal for us and our friends. We ride our Harleys down from Atlanta and knowing that we have this condo to stay in makes the trip a breeze. Property manager was easy to deal with and we had zero issues during our stay. We will be back hopefully sooner than later.

my husband and I rented both units for our son's wedding. there were 9 of us in total and the units were perfect. we loved the property and all of its amenities and the location was perfect not to mention the view from our balcony as we enjoyed our morning coffee.

This is a great unit for a family vacation. It is essentially 2 condo units, so perfect for our extended family. Main unit balcony is large and looks out on the marina. Overall the unit is well kept and very comfortable. The location is absolutely excellent- close to Duval and walking distance to our favorite restaurants. A quick walk downstairs and you are at the pool and bar, and can watch the amazing sunsets. I would certainly stay here again, as the positives far outweigh the negatives..
My only complaints are not about the unit, but about the on-site management company. Our first day there did not appear to be enough stock of essentials like toilet paper and trashbags, so we purchased those. Housekeeping restocked supplies on the second day, though they did not come back for the remainder of our stay. The unit was clean except for the floor, which was filthy. We could not walk around barefoot as our feet were immediately blackened with grime. We needed to call maintenance for several items, including the front door lock, a clogged shower drain (4 inches of standing water after a 10 minute shower), and ants, and each time employees treated us as if we were bothering them, each time did very little to nothing and did not fix our issues, and were very rude. The front desk had the same attitude. I'm sure they get very tired of tourists, but it was very off-putting.
Again, our stay overall was amazing and I would recommend this unit strongly, even though there are some issues with management to be aware of.

The layout of the main room vs. efficiency was much better than I expected - theres an enclosed entryway so as long as the main door was closed, we could just leave the doors to the rooms open and it was like they weren't even separate at all. Perfect for a Bachelorette. I would say the only qualms we had were that the back room in the big unit was very hot (lots of windows/sunlights) and since it's more of a hotel than an actual VRBO there were not things like salt and pepper or little kitchen things we needed available. Other than that, location especially was perfect! Thanks!

Us, our toddler, and two sets of parents loved our stay here. While we wished there was more cooking supplies (but we love cooking all that beautiful seafood we got on our walk to Eaton fish market). Excellent location: loved the seaside bar, great pool, on the harbor walk, 2 blocks to duval. We walked everywhere, including capt Tony’s, the sunset celebration, the hogs breath and green parrot.
Great balcony, comfy beds, comfy living room. Getting up the sprial staircase to the loft/2nd bedroom was a little tricky.
