The house was fantastic, and everyone agreed that this one was the best one we've rented so far. The swing on the lower deck was a great surprise, too. It made for perfect early morning lake-viewing. We will definitely be considering this house again next year. ☺

This is a wonderful vacation retreat. The home is immaculately clean, warm and comfortable. When you walk in the front door, the view is breathtaking. You can see the lake through large windows in every lakeside room. Upper and lower decks make the views even more spectacular. The house is well stocked, even wood for the fireplace. Stephen is a gracious host and is very quick to respond to any issues you might have. There are a couple of things guests might like to know: 1) The driveway is exciting to come down. The driveway is concrete, but It is quite steep and could be a problem in snow. 2) The decks are very high off the ground, so keep an eye on small children. 3) There are no grocery stores close by. Don't hesitate on this one....you'll love it!

Enjoyed the Eagles Nest. Very relaxing with great scenery. Wonder why it was called the Eagles Nest until the second day a beautiful bald eagle flew over. Seen it majority of the trip. Enjoyed every minute.

Great home with everything you need.

We had 5 adults and two children 9, and 5. It was a great fit for all of us! They all loved the game room. The house was very clean and the views were outstanding!! Very peaceful! We would definitely come back and highly recommend this house to anyone.

We stayed there over memorial day weekend. There were plenty of rooms for all of us. Great view of the lake. Kids loved the game tables. We enjoyed everything provided. Definitely worth a second stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was SPOTLESS (and I am super-picky). The neighborhood is secluded and quiet but still close to nearby stores for supplies. Our sons loved the game room. My husband and I loved the view. Seriously, there is a view from every room in the house. The kitchen was well-stocked. The welcome basket of goodies - popcorn, hot chocolate, hot teas - was a sweet touch. We didn't miss cable tv at all. Our family played card games, watched movies and enjoyed spending time together. I can't recommend this place enough. Steve had great communication and we really loved the area.

We had a wonderful time at the house!! Everything was clean and taken care of for our arrival. They view is amazing!! The upstairs bed is very comfortable, we didn't sleep in the others, so I can't comment to them. Communication with the owner was very good as well!!

Linens were clean and fresh, not worn or tattered. Extra blankets were abundant for covering up on a chilly night or while sitting on the balcony. Hubs says: Be sure to mention the fantastic toilets and exceptional toilet paper! Checkout was the easiest ever...strip the beds and toss used linens in the laundry area. Put trash in the bin and leave everything where/how you found it. WiFi was strong and consistent. But with the view, what you’ll want is a good book, a nice beverage and you will be wishing there was more time to sit on the balcony. It was like being on a cruise, but not moving...yes, the view is that tranquil. Extra touches abound...tea, popcorn, coffee, even cookie mix, shampoo, conditioner and soap. DVD movies, books (I read The Help in two days) and games too. The area: the county is dry! Bring any adult beverages with you. Harps grocery in Heber Springs is very basic, but hubs came home with 4 tri-tip roasts and a trimmed pork butt roast..he was happy! There are a few restaurants nearby, but, truthfully, we never wanted to leave the property! It was our 25th Anniversary and we were going to eat at the Red Apple in, but ditched those plans to stay in.

It was an amazing trip. The price is very much worth it. We could not have picked a better time to come. I believe God arranged that for us. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful deck enjoying God's creation. My sister and I had talked about our families taking our trip to the beach, but we don't regret at all coming here. We will be back.

Breath taking view! Beautiful home! Could not have asked for a better house or location for our get away!

Our family rented this home along with 2 others for our parents 50th wedding celebration. This property was as advertised, very clean, and had all the equipment needed. My only caution is if you have small children with you, be very careful on the deck. There is a long drop-off and the railings are not "small-child" friendly. We had an active 2 year old and simply had to make the deck off-limits to him.

This property was perfect for our vacation. Along with my wife and I we had our two teenage children who each brought two friends. So in total we had 8 people including 6 kids between the ages of 17 and 19. We had a great time. There was plenty of space for all of us, and the house is well furnished with everything you need. And the view of Greers Ferry Lake is stunning! I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely lake house. It met our needs in every way and we couldn't get over the amazing view of the lake. You could see forever! Very relaxing weekend!
