We were there for one of our son's wedding. We put up our other kids, their wives, my parents and bother between the two units. I was in this unit and it was wonderful. No issues, no complaints other than having difficulty finding the entrance from the parking lot. Deborah responded almost immediately to give me detailed instructions on where to go. Speaking of, she was super responsive to all requests and very helpful in all regards. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Deborah’s historic, beautifully renovated apartment for a much-anticipated wedding week in Pensacola. The location was nostalgic for us, as all 3 of my girls grew up in the Pensacola Children’s Chorus and performed at the Saenqer theater which is steps from the apartment.
My daughter had the most perfect spot to get ready for her wedding, large and easily accommodating the bridesmaids’ getting ready process. The balcony trimmed with wrought iron overlooking Palafox was the ideal spot for her bridal portraits.
The space was fabulously furnished, large and equipped for our every need. We can’t say enough about our stay! Thank you, thank you!!

Historic charm meets modern amenities - with a truly unbeatable location.
I can't recommend this property enough for families or groups. The common space is very spacious, allowing people to be together yet enjoy their own space.
You are steps away from literally everything!

Of all the vacation rentals we've tried in Pensacola, this one is by far the best. It is centrally located in downtown a short walk from great restaurants and shops. The balcony overlooking the downtown boutique and entertainment district is simply amazing. And the comfortable bedrooms are well away from the noise the district generates so you can sleep well. You can easily drive to all the best sights from the private parking area in the rear. We will be back.

Everything at Ms. Deborah’s place was perfect! The apartment itself was so clean and well organized. The location can’t be beat. We are already planning our next trip!

The location speaks for itself, but in addition, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well prepped, the decor was gorgeous, and everything was very clean. We were worried the street noise might make it difficult to sleep, but the walls are well insulated and we slept great!

This was as good a VRBO experience as we have ever had. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were large and comfortable and perfectly accommodated our immediate family. On top of that, the massive living/dining space was well equipped with more than everything we could have hoped for to entertain local friends and family for an afternoon Christmas gathering and dinner. And, of course, the location is as good as it gets for access to the revitalized downtown Palafox area. It was perfect for our Pensacola Christmas plans.

We booked this apartment and the one across the hall for family in town for our son’s wedding. The convenient location and spaciousness of the property, made it so comfortable for everyone. It is very well appointed with everything you could need and the balcony is a nice bonus. Management is very attentive and responsive. We will stay again!!!

This was the second time we stayed in this apartment and like the first time, we had a fantastic visit. Deborah is a super host, very responsive and communicative. The 3 rentals were a great gathering place for our family in between events. Very nicely furnished. Great bed linens. Only wish we’d had a piano player! This unit has 2 refrigerators and fully outfitted bar. The balcony over Palafox is awesome for people watching, morning coffee or evening cocktails. Highly recommend.

This location is in the heart of downtown Pensacola. We parked upon arrival and didn’t use our vehicles until we checked out. We had breakfast and cocktails on the balcony almost every day and evening. We walked to everything from bars, restaurants, shopping, parks, festivals and even the seafood market. The host was super communicative and very hospitable. The condo itself was stunning and spacious with comfortable furnishings and gorgeous decor. We will definitely be back. EVERYTHING was PERFECT!!
