Ruhige Lage, nettes Ambiente, gutes Frühstück.

Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht abschalten, obwohl sie auf „off“ war, machte sie die ganze Nacht Geräusche. Wir haben es dem Personal gesagt, aber es wurde nicht repariert. Zudem gab es nur ein Bett, obwohl ich ein Zimmer für 3 gebucht hatte.

THE BATHROOM HAS LIQUID HAND SOAP!! Overall the bathroom was great. The bed was extremely soft and cozy. Breakfast was great. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel so welcome in Mobile

There were some crumbs and wrappers that fell behind the bedside table from previous guests, so maybe those areas need to be checked more frequently. But everything else was PERFECT

Location, ease of access.

Person checking us in was more interested in answering the phone than anything else and it sounded personal. Then he couldn’t find the reservation even when I gave him the reservation number, had my license insisting I reserved under a different name. I stopped talking to him and called the main office and he found the reservation.

Almost everything. Great breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Our room was the last one one on 4th floor. Workman were scraping and painting the outside wall of our room. It was very noisy until 8 pm and the workmen started again at 8:00 am. It didn’t affect our stay but if someone who needed rest or a nap was in the room, they would have been very upset.

The staff is very professional and helpful. Location is good. Near is located costco, gas station, buffet, top golf etc. That’s very convenient. The room was clean and neat.

The only thing I wish could be added is a bottle of water as a compliment.

Very clean and spacious room but quite cold when I first arrived. Very convenient to ample shopping and restaurants. Staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower nice and strong.

As with most modern Hilton properties, cheap construction probably with cheap materials and cheap labor just to be able to erect a hotel in minimal time. Walls and floors/ceilings are very thin allowing for noise from every direction, even noises you don't want to hear. A miserable night's sleep. Definitely will not stay here on my next trip through.
