Family Vacation 2022
Family of 7 trip the kids were 16 and 18! Had the best time ever at the beautiful Southern Comfort... It was everything we hoped for and loved loved the outdoor space and pool! The only thing I could recommend is that you share in the book or online how to set up the music system down loads etc... it took us a couple days to get that find/ figured out and it is so beautiful outside you want music from the very beginning!

All excellent until we received an extra electricity bill which we did not expect as we did not get one in the previous house we stayed at and only did a few more washes!

all was good , i did get billed $94 they said there was a huge stain on the king comforter, we made that bed everyday & i know for a fact there was not a stain on it. but it is what it is the couple that came over were very nice

I don't have the exact numbers in front of me. We were charged an additional 190. But I assume I have balance due on the deposit we made. How will that balance be returned?

Our family loved staying in Southern Comfort. Not only was it beautiful but had every amenity needed for a perfect vacation week. We would return in a heartbeat. Even tho we had no issues nor glitches the team was ALWAYS available to us from deposit to check out. I appreciate the communication & responsiveness throughout the process.

The house was even more gorgeous than in the photographs. The property was very clean and completely stocked with everything that you would need. We found the home to be such a relaxing and beautiful environment...so much so that we caught ourselves wanting to stay in rather than go out, while on vacation. We are a family of six with children ranging in all ages and each and everyone of us loved this home. Helpful and kind.

The house was great- they need to spray more frequently for cockroaches then quarterly. Booking the house everyone was very nice to deal with. The only issue was the unfriendly person with that we dealt with for the pool.

There are a few things that need to be fixed: The toilets do not flush properly every time - about half the time they do not flush, the full bath in front of the house has a towel bar that is falling off, the bath faucet is falling off, one of the sink faucets is loose, we could not figure out how to turn on the heat.
A suggestion is to label all the switches (of which there were many) as to what they do to.

This property was beautiful and perfect for our large family.

Very relaxing stay, only negative was that the previous occupant must had dropped a glass in the kitchen as both my wife and I got small shards of glass in our bare feet as we walked in the kitchen area. We were not given any warning and the cleaning process should be reviewed Check in the day after arrival was very easy and friendly. Directions and instructions for entry we also very clear.

We had a wonderful stay.
We had a wonderful stay. The only issue we had was the pool heater. It took most of the week to be fixed correctly. The tram was very nice and extremely responsive.

We had a great time at this property. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. We did have a little issue with heating the pool when first arrived but we called and got help with this. Very happy with our stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

There was only one washcloth & two hand towels in the whole home & there were six of staying. Lots of bath towels so we used those instead. Any questions we had prior to arrival were quickly responded to. Text messages on day of arrival were also quickly responded to.

It was huge and felt very comfortable for the amount of people we had staying with us. It also was stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need. Would highly recommend this home for large groups.

Very quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous view. Hot tub was definitely relaxing. Some nearby restaurants we enjoyed were Duffy's, Two Meatballs in the Kitchen (best Italian food I've ever had) and Boat House Tiki Bar and Grille.

This house was everything we hoped for. It was very roomy and easily accommodated all of our guests. The view outside is gorgeous and everything was very nicely styled in the home. The entire home was also very clean upon check in. It took us a little bit to figure out how to turn on and connect to the surround sound speakers in the home and to figure out some of the TVs since there were so many different remotes. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Overall we did enjoy our stay. The location of the property is awesome. The dock and pool area area are very nice. The size of the home was great for our family. (no one wants to sleep with the 2 people that snore) The pool issues and the water issues should probably be checked on. Your team was very helpful.

We loved staying in this house. Absolutely gorgeous views. The house is super clean and the kitchen very well equipped. We loved everything of this house. We were a party of 11 and we all slept comfortably. The house is super spacious. The outside is great as well. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful, clean house. Plenty of room. Beautiful views. Watch Stunning sunsets from the porch or dock area. Pool was great for the hot days. Great to have the dock for the boat we rented. We would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Celebration for four days at this Home was fantastic. The home is fully equipped with everything we needed for the stay. I was super impressed with the cleanliness inside and out. Also the size was ample enough for my family. We were spoiled on this house and it will be hard to beat on our next family destination. I would highly recommend this home.

This house is very large, spacious and beautifully appointed. The indoor space has different areas to spread out, enjoy time together and/or time alone. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the lap pool and the very large open deck. We will be back The team members are very welcoming, very professional, timely in their response to any need.

Cape Coral getaway
We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfectly spaces out for big group entertaining, but also allowed that quiet, private down time when you needed it. It was the perfect place to come home to after a hot day out on the water or at the beach to relax, swim and play done pool. We made some wonderful family memories there!
