Wonderful property. Quiet and peaceful yet only minutes from the city. Great sunrises and sunsets. Anita, my host, was very sweet. Would be perfect for a family.

We absolutely loved this home. It was so comfortable and accommodating. It had everything you could possibly want and the hostess had such a wonderful personality. She did everything she could to accommodate us with our special needs. There were six of us in our group and there was so much space and room for everyone. We were all very happy and enjoy the location and privacy of the area as well. We definitely hope to come back again.

We found the property to be super clean, comfortable, and beautifully situated a top a picturesque hill. All amenities were available and shopping and restaurants or close by.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seas the Day! We were in town for a family wedding and this was our home base. Anita was wonderful!! Our family of five (kids 16, 14 and 4) had plenty of space to spread out and relax after busy days. Our 4 year old loved having space to play outside and the fish were a big hit! We had everything we could have wanted or needed - Anita thought of everything - and we wished we could have stayed longer! Even the teenagers were happy!! Thanks, Anita! We hope to be back!

Very comfortable place to stay while checking out the cranes in Kearney. It's fun to come home and hang out with the fish and Anita is a great host.

We visited Kearney to witness the sandhill cranes stopping for a few weeks along the Platte River during their migration from Texas and points south to Canada and Alaska. Seas the Day was a perfect abode for me, my mother, and my brother (all 45+ years old) to stage our visit. Anita was a lovely hostess, and we really appreciated the farm fresh eggs for breakfast!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this home, where there is a beautiful prairie view yet the decor feels like a beach vacation. Our favorite decoration was the wooden pelican. Everything was clean, comfortable, working, and well stocked for cooking and coffee. Kids loved feeding the fish and playing on the big lawn and playground, while mom and dad enjoyed the patio. Plenty close to town without the bustle of the interstate hotels.
Anita was a personable and caring host, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Anita!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this home, where there is a beautiful prairie view yet the decor feels like a beach vacation. Our favorite decoration was the wooden pelican. Plenty close to town without the bustle of the interstate hotels.

Home away from Home
We had an amazing stay! Comfortably accommodated all 7 of us. The beach theme was so cool and the place was decorated very nicely. I slept like a baby on the master bed with foam too.
The play set and beautiful yard made our stay with the little ones such a luxury for them to get out and play after our long drive from Montana. I hope to come back some day and would hands doubt recomm

The kitchen was well stocked and things were easy to find. The aquarium is a unique feature that we enjoyed watching in our down time. It's a quiet location on the outskirts of town. A little bit of a drive to the cranes but overall we had a great get-away. Anita was very helpful with recommendations and quick to answer our inquiries. If we ever get back this way, we would definitely stay here again.

What a great property and and property manager!
This property had everything we needed and more. Anita was an excellent host and and very accommodating - even made sure we were able to watch the Husker football game! If there is anything that you may think you need in the kitchen, it is probably there. There were also plenty of toys and games hidden away if you are traveling with children. Thank you so much, Anita! We will be back!

Beach house with the family
We had an excellent weekend. The house was perfect for getting together and relaxing. Had plenty of room and the best part was sitting on the patio with an amazing view.
