Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, tolles Zimmer mit Balkon und Aussicht auf dem Garten. Sehr zentral gelegen, passt für viele Zwecke. Zimmer hatte auch alles was gebraucht wird.

Es ist manchmal etwas schwieriger um ein Parkplatz zu finden und das Frühstück war nicht so toll.

AMAZING place to stay with young kids with the amazing garden (but I am probably not the only person raving about the garden / play area). The morning / breakfast staff were WONDERFUL. Super helpful, friendly and even helping us to some coffee and fruit when we had to stay a bit longer because of family issues.

Breakfast is very well organized. It starts early, 06:30 which is convenient. There is many choice in food, fresh products, and on your table you find The Knorz Times, a paperlike leaflet with things worth knowing from the area.

The blanket on my bed was a little thin. There was an extra blanket in a closet, but still not very warm. I would have preferred a four-season blanket.

They even gave me a super big apartment with a garden! The front desk staff is super friendly and hospitable.

The water in the bathroom shower tends to overflow and wet the entire toilet.

Verry nice place, clean, nice rooms, friendly staff, good food, not in the middle of the city but not far from all atractions.

We had a amazing stay at Hotel Knorz. We were warmly welcomed and even upgraded. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The playground on-site was very original and the playmobil to play with such a nice touch. A very kid-friendly hotel at walking distance from playmobil fun park. You also get a piece of paper to show at the park to get the 1€ reduction for the tickets to the park (which you currently book online) for the duration of your stay.

The breakfast is too expansive for childrens (make it half price and it would be perfect). The pizzeria just in front was not very good. I would rather recommand the indian restaurant further away in town.

The garden was a dream park itself, enjoyable for both kids and adults, location is great, breakfast is with wide selection. Some staff is very helpful with tips.

just a matter of taste with the mattresses, they were still comfortable though
