La ubicació.

La neteja, no havien netejat ni canviat llençols ni res, el allotjament el vam trobar desastros.

Está bien ubicado y la casa es bastante grande

El sillón tenía una mancha que no daba buena presencia, eché en falta jabón para fregar la losa.

Central location. Excellent shower water pressure.

1. Extremely late check in time. Check in is at 6pm (!)…unless you pay 20 euros in which check in is 3pm. Most places will allow a usual, free of charge check in at 2pm. We opted to pay for the 3pm check in. We arrived at 3:05pm after a long drive from Bilbao and the self check in code did not work. Our mobile phones required wifi to communicate with Turquoise main office via WhatsApp so we had to find a bar nearby with wifi in order to alert the office (who were not aware we’d paid for earlier check in) to finally let us in. After searching for functioning wifi, at 3:40pm we got hold of the office. We entered the flat at 4pm exhausted. Turquoise office apologized and were firm in that it was our fault for not alerting them earlier and thus couldn’t remove or discount the charge. 2. Wifi signal in Apartment 2 barely functional. Even while placing the computer/phones directly on top of what I thought was the router, there was 1-2 bars of wifi signal with frequent dropped connections. After alerting the main office to please evaluate the situation, a WhatsApp message stating that the system works fine & resending the password was their response. After some investigation, the signal was strongest in the street so I assumed the main router was in Apartment 1 and what we had was a weak amplifier. The office stated that the system is such that all apartments are set up only with the tethering amplifiers. They apologized again. 3. Scalding shower temperature. Although the water pressure was superb, the hot/cold function of the shower was malfunctioning. Only hot and scalding were available.

Lovely spacious apartment, quiet and clean. Very close to bars and restaurants and a 15min walk to the beach.

Lack of private parking.

Location was great, lovely apartment although stairs were a killer for those of us less fit than younger family members!

A lift would have been ideal

The location is great, all the facilities you need are available.

The apartment and penthouse were furnished beautifully. The beds were excellent, the showers were good. The layout of the place is well thought out. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Location is perfect too, close to a big supermarket, the beach, the centre, some clubs. It is nice and quiet at night. Check-in en checkout was supereasy. Excellent stay, would definitely recommend!
