Casa frente al canal en 4 ruedas, zona Carova Beach con gran terraza cubierta en el primer piso para relajarse y reunirse. Hay bancos incorporados, un área de bar, mesas, sillas adirondack y parrillas al aire libre.
El primer piso es una gran sala de juegos con ventiladores de techo, futbolín, mesa de ping pong, mesa de billar y medio baño. Hay una nevera separada en el primer piso para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes. Hay un sofá cama doble para relajarse, y una gran televisión.
Segundo piso con 4 habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño en suite. Dos de ellos tienen camas king size y sofás cama queen. Estas dos habitaciones tienen puertas correderas que se abren al porche cubierto con sillas Adirondack. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama king y una cama queen. El cuarto dormitorio tiene 2 camas matrimoniales / dobles. Estas dos habitaciones comparten un balcón con una mesa y sillas de estilo bistró, perfectas para disfrutar de un café por la mañana.
Tercer piso con plano de planta abierto con la cocina abierta al comedor y sala de estar. Una habitación adicional / sala de entretenimiento tiene una cama de matrimonio, un sofá y una televisión.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.
El tercer piso tiene un hermoso porche con área de comedor separada y una sala de conversación para relajarse y disfrutar de la increíble vista.

If you're looking to experience the OBX, this is the perfect place for that! Alan's place is well situated; secluded but easy to reach and have all the commodity for all your needs. We were a group of three family (14 people) and there were enough space for everybody. The nearby kayak ride into the marsh and the beach (and beach ride) were extraordinary! The play room with the pool table, ping-pong table and babyfoot game was really apreciated and a great way to keep the children occupied after we came back from the beach. The beach itself was very fun and not far (about three minutes car ride). Overall I rate Alan's place as a five stars vacation destination.

We had a great experience from the initial booking and throughout our stay. Great responsiveness to questions we had, and the property was amazing and very clean. The area was very cool and we saw the horses every day, many times in the yard. Highly recommend booking this property!

This house was great for our needs this year. The first floor has a beautiful built deck with a hot tub, bar stools and a outdoor couch with views of the lagoon. The wild horses frequented our yard very often and it was such an experience! Inside was a fully equipped game room with an additional fridge/freezer. Every room in the house had a full sized bathroom which was a major perk. The upstairs had a very open concept, and very nice decor touches. The kitchen was big enough for all of us to gather, with the living room visible for our small children to play.
There were a few downsides. The sheets were visibly soiled. The property manager did provide us with a new set when he came to the house. The beds were not comfortable, ranging from very hard, to caving in the middle. The door to the screened in area was torn off and on the floor. We informed the property manager, and he said he hoped it would be fixed by the Wednesday of our stay. Although, it was never addressed for the length of our stay. We had to prop if closed shut with different objects so we could enjoy the true screened in room. The outside decks on all three floors didn’t look like they’ve been cleaned. We’ve stayed in Carova before, so we are aware of the smell of the water, and the tinted colors. Although, the smell was stronger than we’ve experienced before.
All in all, it was a gorgeous house on a quiet lagoon with great amenities.

First time staying on the sound side and it was amazing to be able to fish off the dock and go kayaking. The house is set up perfectly for large families. The game room, hot tub and multiple decks were so nice to have for additional areas to hang out. If there is anything to complain about would be the smell of the faucet water but all the other things made up for that issue!

Our family had a nice time at this property. It was clean upon arrival and the pictures didn’t do it justice. We enjoyed fishing in the canal and the nice screened in porch. The house had all you could need. The ice machine was a nice perk. The water situation leaves a bit to be desired, BUT to be expected out there to some degree. Would not deter us from booking again. Thank you for another great week in Carova!

This vacation was by far the best vacation my family and I ever had from the beautiful house/location to the homeowner and manager couldn't ask for a better experience we will be back next year thanks Alan/Kevin

This property was everything we were looking for. Perfect canal location, short drive to the beach. House has plenty of room and you aren’t stacked onto each other. Plenty of room for outdoor activities ( cornhole, badminton, volley ball etc). Peaceful sitting on the screened deck watching the gorgeous sunset! Highly recommend!! Only con- the water there is very smelly so just bring drinking/cooking water.

This house has it all! Perfect spot for a family vacation. We saw horses in the yard everyday, enjoyed kayaking and the porches with amazing views, fishing off the dock, the hot tub, a very short drive from the house to the beach. Amazing sunset views. We would definitely stay here again. The home owners & property manager were easy to get ahold of and very nice. The house was clean, spacious, and had almost everything you could need. Would recommend bringing a few bath towels & your beach towels. Driving on the 4X4 beach was a fun experience, thankfully we didn’t get stuck. Make sure your vehicle has good ground clearance & air down your tires. We saw horses on the beach too and rabbits, squirrels & deer along the way.

This house is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The hosts Alan and Boon were incredibly sweet and made sure everything was ready. The house has 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and plenty of beds. The upstairs is very large - with a big kitchen, big living room and large dining table. This is the perfect house for a large family or a few families. The basement game room was a blast, the dock is perfect for fishing off off and they even provided kayaks. Highly recommend!

This place was FANTASTIC! The house was beautiful, the beach was amazing! We loved driving on the beach everyday it was so convenient and easy. We saw the wild horses everyday which was really cool. The house had plenty of room and fridge space which was really nice. Also Alan had really good communication and checked in with us halfway through the week. We had a few minor things come up and he got them fixed immediately which was awesome. Thank you so much for a great stay!

We were looking for a place to escape to for a week that was secluded and where we felt safe, it was our first trip since the start of the pandemic and it was perfect. A huge thank you to Alan and Boone for being so hospitable and available when we had questions. The house was beautiful, we especially enjoyed the top floor where the kitchen, dining, and living area was situated. It was warm and inviting and the view of the sun setting was picturesque. We were surprised by wild horses galloping past us our first day on the beach, and later were visited by two mustangs in the front yard for the good part of a morning. Our stay was a real treat for the whole family.

A last minute booking turned into just the adventure our family needed after a year of COVID. Alan and Boom’s beautiful home provided the perfect escape with plenty of activities for all ages. The drives on the beach, ponies in the neighborhood, kayaks, sunsets, and hot tub were best described by our daughter as epic. We look forward to returning in the future.

Very comfortable place for 8 people, can accommodate more. Three floors and great outdoor spaces for everyone to spread out and enjoy all the property has to offer. Enjoyed routine visit from the wild horses and water access to the inter-coastal way.

This is an amazing house and location to stay. The house was extremely clean and up to date. The owner even bought a high chair before we arrived after I asked if there was one at the house. There wasn't so, so they went out of there way to provide one. You can kayak, crab and fish on the canal steps away from the house. The kids absolutely loved this along with the horses that visited every day. Excellent idea with every room having their own bathroom as well!! Especially when you come back from the beach and everyone wants to get cleaned up. The screened-in porch was great!! We even had a movie night out on it with our projector. I can't say enough about this place and the how accommodating the owners are!!!

As a first time NC Corova beach visitor I really didn’t know what to expect, but upon arrival it was clear our vacation was going to be different. And different it was. This place is a hidden gem that allows you to relax and enjoy both the sound and the beach. Driving on the beach was awesome as well and feels very private when you visit the shore. The horses were great as well and actually seen them daily. Kids enjoyed that part a lot along with the kayaks which were also fun to do. Extremely quiet, great neighbors, and on a clear night can clearly see the stars. I was there with 2 other families and we really had an amazing time. There’s was enough room for everyone and the place was super clean and more than comfortable. Alan was amazing in making sure that we had everything we needed before we arrived, checked in during the week, and ensured we were good when we left. Thank you Alan for the hospitality and for allowing me and my family and friends to stay in your wonderful home it really is a beauty. Thank you!

As the title states, we were at this fantastic home for my parents 50th and we couldn't have had a better time. It was the entire immediate family as well as spouses and grandchildren for a total of 17. There was plenty of space, plenty of flat screens and good wifi included. The wild horses were always a welcome sight as was every sunset. Fishing from the included kayaks or off the dock became one of the daily favorite activities. And of course, I can't say enough about the beach and it's proximity to the house. Fantastic location for sure but don't try it without a 4 wheel drive vehicle with decent ground clearance, you'll never make it. The house may have been built recently, it certainly showed as new and we had but one small issue which was tended to within the hour. Alan and his wife couldn't have been better hosts and although we spoke many times leading up to and during our stay, we regret that we never had the chance to meet them. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, Alan!

Our family has been renting beach houses up and down the NC coast for 20+ years and I can say without hesitation this is by far the nicest house we've ever stayed in. The house has everything you could ask for from a well stocked kitchen to the game-room to the outside bar (which is awesome) and everything in between. The owners have thought of everything and are extremely easy to work with. We'll definitely be going back
