The pool and the view from the pool! Comfortable beds. Pool towels. Shower was good. The kitchen had everything you need for a simple meal.

An unpleasant smell in the toilet. No cleaning during a 4 day stay (I think I have read this was still because of COVID and safety procedures). The pillows outside were not clean, I think it is difficult to keep those clean.

Amazing stay in Ktima Fabiatos. Vila was amazing and nice, pool was very good. owner was very friendly and helped us with everything. we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful accomodation, exactly like the photos. We had such a relaxing stay in the Dafni suite. There was everything we needed. We arranged for a taxi transfer from the airport, which went very smoothly and was around an hours journey. The accomodation is so close to the main strip of shops and restaurants, but you don't hear any of the noise from outside. We wanted to stay longer!!

We absolutely loved Ktima Fabiatos our apartment was just gorgeous and had the most comfortable bed ever! Eva and her mum were the best hosts we came across when travelling, we highly recommend this place. The interior design is fab (good for Instagram pictures ;-) the location is just amazing, the apartment was equipped with everything we needed was super clean. Every item was high quality - towels, toiletries, bed sheets - very luxurious, very aesthetically pleasing. Good taste and experience in hosting was showed in every detail.

Peaceful and modern property. Felt secluded but also plenty of restaurants and the beach in walking distance.

Not sure how suitable the room would be for non couples as the layout was very open plan with the shower being in the corner of the bedroom.

very spacious and tastefully decorated. Friendly, helpful owners who go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and are comfortable. All the little extras like coffee pods and laundry tabs lovely pool and views from the terrace, just perfect.

Huge appartment, great space and fantastic hosts. The owners left milk, water and more in the kitchen for us and were on hand to answer questions or help. The shared pool was a very good size, clean and warm with some lovely views

Location description

We loved everything! This was a beautiful find! also because we booked in May for our honeymoon, it wasn't that touristy in Kefalonia so we had the pool to ourselves also which was a great bonus. This was a super clean, wonderful apartment, great size and super welcoming hosts that laid out a congratulations card and wine and key ring which was very kind and thoughtful.

nothing to fault this place is perfect :) and right near the gorgeous beach and amenities. Quite a few cats though so bear in mind if you have allergies like my husband, make suer you pack your allergy pills, otherwise there is a nearby pharmacy and an amazinggggggg ice-cream place next door owned by Nicholas who was so wonderful! haha

Top location! Close to shops, restaurants and the beautiful skala beach! Wounderful and modern apartement and so lovely decorated, new dishes and glases, TV with NETFLIX, bath products, hair dryer, iron, welcome bottle of wine and water in the fridge, super cosy bed, big patio, quiet, tranquille, super clean, nice pool, really a perfect stay!!!

it’s stunning! The room decoration is just lovely. It is well equipped with oven and a stove, glasses, plates, cutlery etc. They provide both pool and room towels. The bathroom was lovely equipped with shampoos, body wash and lotions like a 5 star hotel. The private pool was clean and a very good size. They even provided floaters for relaxing on the pool. I had a nice seating area and lanterns outside and pool loungers. The views were gorgeous and the garden has both orange and lemon tees. A very good plus it’s very close to sakala town centre so you can walk to town: beach. Its excellent for couples very relaxing and luxurious!

Lovely location at the top of the main street - very quiet and really modern, clean and stylish.

The apartments are only a short walk into Skala but they are nicely tucked away giving you plenty of privacy when needed

It was absolutely beautiful and Skala is a wonderful town. The pool and sun terrace are full of sun all day. Peaceful but just a very short walk to the lovely bars and restaurants. The apartment is so clean and modern, the bed is amazingly comfy. We haven't got to the airport yet but are already planning our next visit!

Excellent location very close to the town. Lovely clean property with a very comfy bed. We had a pool room with private pool it was very nice & peaceful. Beautiful white bed linen & super soft luxurious white bath towels.

I would have liked the sun on our patio for longer each day, with the overhead sun canopy it was difficult to sunbathe for most of the day. If the pebbled area to the side of the patio was decked or had hard standing it would have been easier to move our sun beds into the later sun.

The room was modern and perfect size for our stay. Skala was a spot on our honeymoon and the owner made sure that our stay was unforgettable.

The apartment has very nice interior and a beautiful terrace that is amazing for peaceful mornings. The pool area is great as well with a terrific view over some trees and the sea. The whole time, we had the pool area by ourselves which was even more relaxing. Super friendly contact with the owners!
