The property was clean, and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked properly, which is super important for vacation. The host was AMAZING! He went out of his way to be helpful, and to make stay more pleasant. He is super easy to reach at all times. He helped me with anything I needed. Would stay here again.

The only thing that I thought could be done better is have a bigger TV and maybe provide 2 bottles of water (had to go buy water , which is not super convenient if you are arriving late). The TV thing isn’t a big deal since I don’t watch TV, but I just thought the TV didn’t match the space very well. The water is more important than the TV for sure. :) overall, this is small stuff, given that everything else was great.

Owner asked me to leave 5 stars, so here we are. Bedroom 1 had cheap mattress, bedroom 2 had a foldout couch instead of a bed. Toileteries, shampoo, soap, toilet paper were not enough, had to call for extra. Calm spot, close to the sea, otherwise nice stay. Does not merit 5 stars.

- Host communicative on Whatsapp and present at a late hour to give us the keys on our arrival - New building, Good area, no car problems, good price, clean apartment, decent conditions, a quite big refrigerator to put fruits or some snacks - Go on foot to 2 beaches (South Beach or Amour area beach), supermarkets as well on foot, no need to move the car. Walking (and not moving the car) was a plus, due to the very crowded parkings in the old city or beaches - Old City at 3km distance, 30 mins go on walking

Feniks apartments is really great - I strongly recommend it. Very clean, comfortable and private. The place is walking distance to the beach and transportation. Alex (the owner) is very friendly and goes out of his way to help you feel home. He is making outstanding espresso too. I am looking forward for staying there again.

Parking was available, however was not on the premises. That didn’t bother me too much and in a way was better than parking on the side of the road.

Super nice owner, quiet area, some beaches at a 10-15m walking distance, Old Town at 4 km away.

location was excellent for me ideal, central to everywhere I wanted to visit. The studio apartment I rented had all I needed and more. The Host was very nice also very helpful. Very clean and so secure. Suited my budget, I would highly recommend Feniks Appartments Nessebar to my family and friends.

The shower is the only thing I did not like, everything else was perfect

Nice and clean place, close to the beach and a friendly host. Good choice for family and couples.
